Checked in late, had an issue with the way I booked the room, and tired, however Carlton made sure everything was taken care of and ensured that as a Diamond Member with Hilton, that I was going to be completely satisfied with my stay. Planning my next trip at the end of the month and I fully intend to stay again!

This property has ridiculous policies, but I do recognize there are large events where they want to make money. My reservation had a 2-week cancelation period. I called 9 hours late (Hilton Diamond member) and they refused to make an exception, despite being able to re-rent the room (and it being a family issue that necessitated the change, not just convenience). They're doubling down on short-term profit over long-term satisfied (and loyal) customers. Stay somewhere else - I will.

The hotel is very attractive and super clean. It is also conveniently located across from the BART station and near to cable car and street car stops. Best of all, was the consideration of Carlton at the front desk. When he realized it was our 40th anniversary, he had a special dessert sent to the room with a thoughtful card. It made our stay extra special.

I was told that I could park my police unit there for free. It was verified and my commander called to triple check. When I got there the staff was nice and everything was good to go. But when I asked for the receipt, I was told it’ll be emailed to me. Two days and a 12 hour drive back home, I get an email with the parking fee of $75 was on the receipt. I tried to dispute it and gave them every information, but they say that no one ever promised anything of that kind. I gave name and all, but no one remembers. My commander tried talking to the manager but they also gave him the run around. Still fighting that $75 fee!!

Had a wonderful stay at Parc 55. The view from the rooms were incredible and the people that worked there really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to William at the bar, Sheryl, Samantha and Stuart. Thank you guys for your hospitality. We will be back again!
