From the moment we arrived, they were professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Carlton helped us out tremendously, was very polite, patient, and accommodating. Very easy to work with, and made our stay much easier. Overall had an excellent time

From the first hello at the registration desk from Ryan, who informed me that I could file a tax exemption being that I work for the federal government. He was so kind, he gave me a room on the 18th floor which had a beautiful view of the city. My housekeeper Lulu making sure my room was clean with fresh towels each day, lovely kind lady. Everyone at Parc55 was very nice and smiled and greeted me always.
