I absolutely adore everything about this beautiful Hilton Hotel!! My corner King room I’ve stayed in twice, shows the entire sweeping view of San Francisco, from the Bay to downtown & beyond. Other rooms I’ve stayed in are also beautiful. I especially want to highlight Ryan at the front desk. He’s checked me in on 2 occasions & is always beyond helpful, hospitable, gracious, funny, & super efficient. He is the epitome of what one can hope for when checking into a highly esteemed, gorgeous hotel. My hats off to you for such magnificent front desk, welcoming people. Everyone is spectacular, but I really want to highlight Ryan. I love the food in the beautiful flower encompassed restaurant, & Whyman, who takes care of maintenance, is a joy to talk with, when I saunter into the lobby early early in the morning for a cup of coffee. I’m delighted with your hotel & I look forward to my return…are there any other hotels in SF? I wouldn’t know- I only do my bookings at Parc 55!! ??

Great location with views. Michelle at front desk was awesome. Look forward to seeing her again next weekend. . I felt like she is my bff the minute I met her. Buffet is pricy but excellent. Very close to Powell Bart Station. You will be in the heart of town.

This excellent lodging experience was all thanks to the meticulous arrangements made by the receptionist, Carl Tow. Upon arriving at the hotel, we needed to urgently contact local personnel due to a lost item. Carl was incredibly attentive and provided valuable assistance and advice, helping us successfully recover the lost item. He also arranged a wonderful room for us to rest in. The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, and entering the hotel gives a sense of reassurance.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had A great stay. The Hotel is located down town. There is another Hilton Hotel next by and We could use the pool on the roof in that Hotel. The Hotel had parking and restaurant. Right outside You can hop on A cable car. Be aware that in the center of San Fransisco there Are homeless almost everywhere, but our experience Are that they were harmless.

We stay here because they are a union hotel but this time Carlton was an amazing host. Gave us multiple recommendations and was very helpful. Because of Carlton we had an amazing time ! This will be the place we stay at when we come to the bay always !!!
