Amazing service. Ryan M. Was manning the front desk, and despite being crowded, he was able to efficiently take care of each guest in line with a smile. Check-in was a breeze. Great room, just steps from the BART station (easy breezy from SFO) and all that Union Square has to offer. A modern hotel, clean and updated. Oh, and an awesome Thai restaurant Kin Khao on property! The quality and value consistent with a Hilton property with a central location and excellent service.

Parc 55 hotel by Hilton review #2 (Suite review) Trip: solo Cost: 1,152.74 USD Room: Skyline Suite Rating: 8.0/10.0 Location: central downtown San Francisco Amazing hotel, and the Skyline Suite is absolutely incredible with the most amazing views of downtown San Francisco. The hotel staff is so courteous and polite. I found some minor issues with the suite but nothing worth complaining about. The entire suite plus room service can be controlled and ordered through the central tablet. Very technologically high-end. The bedding was incredibly cozy. Better than my own bedding in my apartment! The WIFI was reliable and faster than most home internet connections. Some of the furniture had dents and dings but not enough to impact a stay. The downsides are that there was no turndown service, no slippers, and no bathrobes in the suite. Amenities that may seem like luxuries but are expected in suites when one is paying four digits for a stay. In-room dining is generally not available though there are at least three in-hotel restaurants on the lobby level. Concierge service and communication is slow and non-responsive in terms of results. This could have been a fantastic stay, the hotel has beautiful rooms and suites, but the customer service is lacking. We rate the hotel 8.0/10.0

I came in today hoping to check in early and the receptionist Carlton was very understanding and helped us with all of our needs. That’s the kind of customer service that hotels should have.

Our stay was nice at the Parc 55 Hiton, but the room are very dated though large. The service is really poor and staff are not very helpful. The cleaning staff are over stretched and dont speak alot of English. The hotel is located in a very central location, which makes it accessible to many places like union square sites, china town etc. But the room decor is sad and service poor. The hotel is in bad need of a complete makeover.

My Parc 55 stay was comfortable & relaxing. The room was great, the staff (especially Ryan at check in) was friendly & helpful & the location was very convenient.
