Quiet and relaxing with cheerful and attentive staff.

Beautiful, quiet location. Friendly and peaceful atmosphere with extremely happy and attentive staff. We stayed over Christmas and a huge effort was made to make it a special and happy time for everybody. Prosecco and egg nog with breakfast, carol singers, delicious Christmas dinner! The courtesy bus can take you to Castries and the beach. Other trips are available to book. We used a taxi driver to take us to a Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay as it was cheaper. Every day different activities are available in the hotel such as Pilates, yoga or water aerobics. Evening entertainment was variable but okay. Food was good. Lots of variety and served well in extremely clean surroundings. We particularly like Lulu’s Cabana for lunch where you can also get a variety of cocktails. The coffee shop is also a nice touch, watching the birds feed on the grenadine.

The staff were incredible, from our arrival to departure, they treated us like family. Special mention to the lovely Jem on reception, Jevon for the wonderful omelettes and cooking tips, Alvin for making my birthday special, Andrea for singing to me beautifully for my birthday and Tinika for the wonderful cocktails and making us smile. The room and view took our breath away on arrival, super clean and the cleaner was excellent during our stay. The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the ocean and a regular shuttle service to town and the beach. The staff ensured you felt welcome in every part of the hotel, especially the guy who manages the events and daily exercise classes, he has a lovely, friendly vibe and ensures everyone is happy! We felt the stay was excellent value, with endless meals, snacks, drinks and coffee. I am vegetarian and always had plenty of options in all meals. The hotel had everything from pools, to bars, entertainment, coffee shop and someone always on hand to help if you needed it. The hotel was peaceful during the day with guests mingling and chatting, after dinner there was lovely entertainment like steel bands and reggae singers. The hotel was a lovely space in all areas, comfortable beds and plenty of areas to relax. Thank you to Dean the general manager and all the staff for making our stay better than we could ever have imagined!!
