Multimillion-dollar upgrades took place in 2024 including updating the Sanctuary Spa, adding private beach cabanas, new decking and seating at the Jerk Treehouse, new coffee shop has been added, updated furnishings at Peter John’s Lounge, new oceanfront spa cabanas, refreshed CocoLand Kidz Klub interior, and new tile and decking around the main activity pool.

This was my wife and I’s second time to coconut bay. The first time we were not yet engaged but this time was our honeymoon. We fell in love with the resort the first time around, and it just made perfect sense to celebrate our honeymoon here. Everything needed is on site so the only time we left was for a sunset cruise excursion booked through concierge which was an amazing experience! The food is excellent, and the staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. Miss Mary’s omelettes were the perfect start to each day to fuel each adventure. Linus, Jeremy, Stan, and Andre at the Surf Shack were excellent hosts and very helpful and knowledgeable to guide me on my daily kiteboarding sessions. The fire performance at the Carnival nightlife experience was an incredible show! We had a couples massage at a beachside cabana and it was lovely to hear the waves and feel the wind while being nurtured. All the bartenders greeted us with big smiles and remembered what we enjoyed so we didn’t even need to order. We didn’t want to leave after a week but knowing we will return made it possible. If you are considering this resort go ahead and do yourself a favor and book it now, you won’t regret it!

This place is amazing . Front desk staff Kinday and Emely and Donnage are some of the most helpful people I have ever interacted with. Everyone here made the experience memorable if that was even possible . Housekeeping, especially Andrea made sure we were well taken care of. Great resort and even better staff Definitely returning !
