Multimillion-dollar upgrades took place in 2024 including updating the Sanctuary Spa, adding private beach cabanas, new decking and seating at the Jerk Treehouse, new coffee shop has been added, updated furnishings at Peter John’s Lounge, new oceanfront spa cabanas, refreshed CocoLand Kidz Klub interior, and new tile and decking around the main activity pool.

Fantastic time in St Lucia coconut bay

We had fantastic time with family. Food is excellent and service, drinks are too sweet. My husband bumped his head and lovely nurse called Monrose looked after him so well, and helped me with my pain constantly checked on us. Thank you so much for your help the best Nurse. Highly recommend this place

My husband and I traveled with our adult son for his birthday. We chose this resort because it is literally 5 minutes from the airport. In case you are wondering, no, there is absolutely no airport noise at the resort apart from the few 3:00pmish quick departing flights. From arrival to departure everything went like clockwork. We were greeted warmly by KIANDA at the reception desk. Check-in was very smooth. She was warm and kind and very sweet. She always remembered and called us by our name during our entire stay. She made us feel appreciated and right at home. DRE was our favorite bartender at the main lobby bar. (There are many bars throughout the resort and never a wait!) His drinks were perfect, and he remembered what we drank before we had a chance to ask. I must say we were always greeted warmly by all the friendly Coconut Bay staff. Each employee seemed to take exceptional pride in what they did. It was amazing. We stayed at the Harmony (adult side) with ocean view thinking that everything would be overcrowded and kids running everywhere. We were pleasantly surprised at how well everything was so spaced out. The adult side was for adults; quiet and serene. We also ventured to the family side at times and used the fun water park slides and lazy river. There was a bit of sargassum (seaweed) on the beach. It all depending on tides and currents, but the resort worked diligently with trucks hauling it away daily. The resort actually had complimentary shuttles to a beach nearby if it was too bad. I under stand the sargassum is all over the Caribbean and can actually be seen from space. It is not the resort's fault, it's Mother Nature. The food was superb, and impeccably served! We especially loved the Silk and Calabash restaurants, reservations are a must. For lunch our favorite was the Jerk Tree House, right by the water park under nice shady trees. We also enjoyed the catamaran sunset cruise (extra cost), they do go far out enough that yes you can see the Pitons from far. We really had the most wonderful, relaxing time at Coconut Bay Beach Resort. Hope to return one day!
