The resort, staff, food and facilities were outstanding, however the beach was a little disappointing The beach vendors were very aggressive , making it uncomfortable to spend time utilizing it There was another access point but we only found it on the last day and no one made us aware If I could make a suggestion it would be to have an ATM onsite, otherwise be sure to bring a large amount of cash There was a vendor market in the hotel that had high quality hand made crafts and a onsite nurse and access to a local doctor- which was very helpful given my son had an ear infection while we were there Overall I would recommend this location

Came for my nephews wedding. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing, the food was great. The wedding was held on the beach with reception on site also. The petting zoo, oh my, it is filled with rescued animals and taken care of by Tom. Tom is very open about how the animals came to live there, it is wonderful to know that they are now being taken care of and receiving an abundance of love from visitors also. Thank you Tom. Be sure to visit the spa, the ladies do an amazing job. And thank you to the staff at Coconut Bay Resort.

Our 2nd stay here and as amazing as ever! Shakira at the front desk was super helpful! At the bars Lamar, Tyron and Ed we're always friendly and served up great drinks! Solange took freat care of us in Silk for our dinner! They work hard here to ensure everything is as perfect as possible! We will be back for a 3rd time and many more in the future!

We have stayed at coconut bay resort 3 times now and cant wait to return there.The resort is so clean,the food and alcohol selection is great.All the rooms are getting upgraded and the employees are the best.Although they are getting seaweed hitting the beach in record amounts,they have hired contractors to clean it up.This is a situation that nobody can stop but the management is working to correct it. We have seen the equiptment start at 5 am and continue till after dark.They are offering to bus people to a nearby beach on the west side for no charge daily.this seaweed invasion is only for a short time and not permanent issue.The seaweed issue did not matter to us as we returned to be with all the nice employees working there and still had the swimming pools which are always kept very clean. Manager Tom has been doing a great job on the property and we cant wait to go back.This is one of the best resorts that I have ever stayed at.

I would like to give a shout out to Lee Ann - if you need anything she can make it happen. Also another shout out to Nurse Monrose. I was under the weather and she took excellent care of me. I will never forget her kindness. All the people on the resort are top notch.
