On my first day I was greeted with a warm welcome from receptionist Octavia. She was sweet, kind and understanding. She also had an amazing smile! Every other staff member was just as patient, friendly, and eager to help in anyway! I had an amazing time at Coconut Bay!

Spent a week in a Harmony Suite overlooking the ocean. Lovely resort with excellent service and food. My favorite place was Paradise Beach Bar. Dre and Jamal were so much fun, and the beach was clean and inviting. Silk was our favorite restaurant by far, but all the food was excellent. Can't say enough good things. We'll be back

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lovely KIANDA, whose warm smile set the tone for my entire stay. She was incredibly helpful—from recommending restaurants to assisting with our room and activities. No matter how many times we came to her, she was always patient, kind, and ready to help. KIANDA truly deserves an award for her attentiveness and exceptional service. I rated the hotel 4 stars only because Caribbean Night didn’t offer much variety in local side dishes, and the flavors weren’t as strong as expected. However, when we switched restaurants and dined at SILK NEPTUNE, we were taken care of wonderfully. The staff paid close attention to what we liked and didn’t like, especially since it was our first time trying that style of cuisine. And don’t even get me started on THOMAS, the bartender—his drinks were amazing! We loved his energy and enjoyed his company so much. Overall, we had a great experience and look forward to coming back to see them all again.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a loving face *KIANDA*. She was very helpful throughout my stay. From restaurants to rooming to activities and more. No matter how many times we came to her she was always helpful and smiling. KIANDA deserves an award for her attentiveness, kindness, helpfulness and patients with us. But the reason I gave the hotwl a 4 star rating is because on Caribbean night there wasn't much variety in local side dishes and the flavor wasn't all that. But when we changes restaurants and went to SILK NEPTURE to very good care of us. He paid attention to us and what we liked and what we didn't like from the menus as it was our first time eating that type of food. Don't even ask for THOMAS the bartender and ge amazing drink. Loved it. We enjoyed his company and look forward to coming back and seeing them both.

I want to thank the Coconut Bay Resort for an amazing trip. Special thanks to Dania, our Guest Services Agent. She went out of her way to help with raising our bed to help with my wife’s acid reflux. The bed was perfect, and my wife enjoyed her stay. If you have questions, I strongly suggest emailing the resort; they work hard at answering any questions and helping with special concerns about your party's needs. The staff was amazing and very intuitive to our needs (making sure drinks were full, and just in general greeting guests) The food was above average, we had one night that was average and that was the Thanksgiving dinner at the pool. The Silk Asian food was my favourite of the week. Drinks were great and I didn’t find them watered down as I have seen on the FB page. For our excursions during our stay, I connected with Captain Jack on the beach, having reached out to him in advance of our arrival at the resort. He was exceptional at personalizing each trip to suit our group of four adults. The drivers, Chad stood out as my favourite; his youthful energy and willingness to answer our questions made the experience even better. Jimmie, while equally reliable, tended to follow a more structured approach. You truly cannot go wrong with either driver. Captain Jack added a memorable touch to our stay by surprising my wife with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine. Jack’s wife personally delivered these treats to us after our fishing trip. For those interested in booking with Captain Jack, you can find him on the beach just past the Jerk Shop. While our overall experience at Coconut Bay Resort was wonderful, I would like to share some observations about the restaurant reservation process, not as complaints but as constructive feedback for future guests. Upon our late Tuesday arrival, we attempted to book reservations for several of the resort's restaurants. We were initially informed that we could only book reservations up to Thursday due to changing menus. However, we later discovered that it is actually possible to make all your reservations at once, regardless of the menu schedule. Most available times were after 8 p.m. on most nights. I discussed this matter with the resort, and they are currently considering revisions to the booking structure to improve the process. During our first attempt to book, the staff member assisting us appeared to be having a challenging day, which resulted in some unappreciated eye-rolling. I chose not to raise the issue immediately, but I did report it to Dania from Guest Services on our last day. Dania assured us that she would look into the situation. My recommendation for future guests is to always communicate with Guest Services, as they are proactive in investigating concerns and implementing necessary changes. We stayed on the Harmony side, and the rooms were amazing clean. One thing I would recommend is some ear plugs the crickets outside the rooms are incredible load. Although we did not swim in the ocean much during our stay. The beach was maintained regularly, with cleaning taking place approximately every half hour. While some seaweed was present, it was minimal. When we did swim in the ocean we walked to Paradise Beach, we found the water to be calmer and the seaweed less noticeable. There was plenty of seating at Paradise Beach. The beach in front of the resort is incredible small, with that being said there were plenty of loungers, sun catcher’s chairs, and hammocks available for guests. The pools at Coconut Beach also had numerous chairs. One of the highlights was the lazy river, which, contrary to some posts, was not as slow as expected. Floating along the lazy river proved to be a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. All in all, it was a great trip!! I would recommend this resort.
