We just returned from our stay (April 21-26, 2024) on the Harmony side of Coconut Bay Beach Resort and Spa. This resort is only 5 minutes from the Hewanorra airport in St. Lucia so you can immediately start your vacation time. The airport transfers to and from the airport were included in our all inclusive stay. The most impressive part of our stay was how affordable our trip package was booked thru Costco travel, anytime you can stay on the 4th floor on the Concierge level all inclusive package for 6 nights for less than $2700 (not including airfare) you have a very nice vacation. I was able to meet with the new General Manager, John, and the reason for meeting with him was to pay compliments to many of his staff for our first 4 days stay. John told me of upcoming updates to the property as well as a loyalty points program. We stayed at the adult pool on the Harmany side where Zennia made sure we had drinks as we needed them and she was assigned to this pool for most of our stay. We enjoyed the Tratorria Italian restaurant the most, however Calabash surf and turf, and Veranda were very good. At Silk we enjoyed for the sushi and grilled kingfish. For lunch the Jerk shack had very good jerk chicken with rice and beans. To me the best spot for breakfast was Veranda, however service was spot on one time the other times it took awhile to prepare. Our housekeeping was done by Melikka and she was so good we made sure to tip her extra for outstanding service. I am going to do another quick review once i find the card I kept all week of the other staff that gave us such great service.

The food was the best! Solange who was our server and host was the best! My wife and I have been to many resorts including Sandals Grande in St. Lucia. Their food can't touch this food. The people were awesome. Oliva was the best maid ever! The bartenders were great fun and always prompt with service. Edward and Tyron. Even though there was seaweed coming into the beaches the resort constantly had it raked and taken away. Can't wait to go back when they have upgraded the rooms this fall! Rooms our clean but are a little outdated.

My husband and I just came back from Coconut Bay and we would definately go back! The resort is beautiful, the staff all very friendly and the food was excellent! We stayed on the Harmony side, the room was clean but could be updated. I did find out that they are working on renovating the rooms so hopefully next time we get one of those. I will say that the beds are firm and the pillows are very soft so if you like a firmer pillow maybe bring one with you. Also the sheets and towels were very scratchy. We went on two excursions, the Land and See excursion we took with Grasshopper Tours (they are on the beach not through the hotel), that was a fantastic private tour with Jimmy! He was very knowledgable and explaind history of different parts of the island as we went along. The second excursion we went on was through the hotel, we did the sunset catamaran tour. This was also a great time! If the bedding and towels were softer I would have given this place a 5 but especially after getting a bit of a sunburn the sheets made for a bad nights sleep.

The resort is nice and clean and everyone is very friendly. Pools were all nice and it didn't seem crowded. We did the scuba and volcano tour. I recommend it.

This resort is a gem! Terrific accommodations, excellent restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, and super close to the airport. We've been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both times.
