Amazing hotel

Had one of the best experiences in this hotel. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Taya. She made sure we were always comfortable and gave us the best recommendations. Her willingness to assist with any request ensured a smooth and pleasant experience. Staff members like Taya are a credit to the hotel. Food is delicious and you have lots to choose from. Good transport options took. Will definitely be returning

Amazing Solo trip

Amazing Solo Getaway! I went on a solo vacation to St. Lucia for Thanksgiving break. This was a last-minute trip, and I must say—it was worth every penny! I definitely recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club. There was zero wait during check-in, and it even came with a personal butler. My butlers, Kaysha and Augustus, did an incredible job taking care of me throughout my stay. Their service made the trip even more relaxing and memorable.

The Experience of a Lifetime

After a long overdue trip , my husband and I decided to go to Saint Lucia and experience this beautiful island. We stayed at the Hideaway - Royalton Saint Lucia and it was nothing short of amazing . Overall accommodation experience was Great , from room service to the festivities / activities to the culinary Skills, but the top and most memorable encounters were with the Genuine and hardworking staff at the resort. They were the most humble individuals that displayed nothing but hospitality and care for us guests, they are the reason we felt , made our first trip to Saint Lucia an unforgettable one and are main reason we will definitely come back . Thank you so much to the kind hearted Saint Lucian people below and for anyone looking to book at the Royalton please be sure to meet them as you will not be disappointed and will enhance your experience. The supervisor , the singer , the host or just call him the jack of all trades , Shane . Such an easy person to approach and engage in conversation who ensured our experience would be one of the greatest and he definitely delivered. Daquan , Javon and Joel ( aka Mike Tyson :P ) from the “ score sports bar” , amazing bartenders and waiter who looked after us hens why we would always end our nights at Score. the service was unmatched. Kurdisha , Jefferson , Stephan , Margerie , Anastasie from the hideaway Bar .. hands down Aaaamazing . We didn’t even bother going to any other bar because we knew the service provided Here by these incredible individuals was top Notch. We also had the pleasure of meeting Samuel aka “ the coconut master “ a very kind gentleman making sure we were served Not only with fresh & delicious coconut water and specialty drinks but also with kindness . To Tracy from the Spa Cart , such humility and respect , just connecting with us as people. From the good morning greetings to ensuring we were always taken care of and had everything we needed to get our day started . Much respect to this young man who made us feel like Family. Sagat , the photographer. Not only did he take beautiful photos of my husband and I , but he also made sure he answered all of our inquisitive questions about his beautiful island. Overall a humble and very respectful person that became a favourite after the first day of meeting. Sherma from the beach bar ( hideaway side ) what a wonderful lady who was nothing but Kind and just connected with us on a personal level. And lastly the show stoppers … Travis , Brianna , Tianah , and the rest of the Vibe team , hands down set the mood every early evening with incredible energy in the entertainment including the very best of the best Dj / MC Quami !!!! they absolutely and undeniably blew everyone away with the exceptional performances and music. They delivered every single day ! Thank you so so much to you all for making our trip so memorable and for the experience that left a mark in our hearts. We will DEFINITELY be back . Mixed Feelings

We stayed at the Royalton Hideaway for seven nights. While there were several aspects we genuinely enjoyed, we also encountered numerous unexpected issues that negatively affected our overall experience. We absolutely loved our room. We upgraded to the Hideaway Presidential Suite (Room 2410), which was incredible—spacious, beautifully laid out, and featuring a huge balcony with views of the resort and beach. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working on our final night. The private airport transfer was smooth and comfortable, and we felt it was well worth the cost. Dining and drinks were enjoyable, particularly the buffet, the food truck, and the small lunch buffet near Dorado. The bars offered a good selection of cocktails and were happy to make specialty drinks on request. The Hideaway pool also provided a relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, and towels. However, there were several areas of concern. Check-in was disorganized. After more than 24 hours of travel, the Hideaway lounge had no water or diet soda—only Sprite. Later that night, at 9 p.m., we were woken up and told to come back down to “finish checking in.” The next morning, staff had no explanation for the late-night call. We also experienced a serious issue with counterfeit sunglasses. We purchased Oakleys from the boutique, only to discover they were knockoffs after contacting Oakley directly. Staff initially refused a return and issued a refund only after we provided proof from Oakley. Housekeeping was inconsistent: our personal full-size bars of Dove soap were removed on day five and never replaced, hand towels and washcloths were repeatedly missing, and a very noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom was never fixed. The resort app was unhelpful at times. We were unable to make dinner reservations during the first few days, and activity schedules were inaccurate with locations not clearly listed. Smoking rules were poorly enforced, with several guests smoking at the pool outside designated areas and staff not intervening, which was difficult for those sensitive to smoke. Other frustrations included the air conditioning never cooling the room properly, several laughably small side portions at restaurants, turndown service knocking despite a Do Not Disturb sign, multiple buffet stations (including ice cream) going unstaffed, guest services unable to provide small bills for tipping, coffee cups without lids, trash left uncollected in some areas for days, and multiple public restrooms lacking toilet paper and hand soap. Overall, while we truly enjoyed parts of our stay—particularly the room, food, and pool—the number of service inconsistencies and preventable issues left us with a poor impression of Royalton St. Lucia.
