The service was our biggest issue. We were treated very disrespectful and scammed our last day there for additional money. I have stayed at other Royaltons and have been very pleased. I will never stay at another one ever again!

My wife and I choose the Hideaway at St Lucia as it was a Royalton property as we were used to the Blue Water Jamaicia resort and that the location was new for us. We really enjoyed the warmth and smiles from all the staff we encountered. The room was a good size and very clean. The housekeeping staff kept it nice every day. There were no noise issues at our room and had great sleeps every night. We also enjoyed the island vibe. We would like to have a shout out to the following people that helped make our vacation a superb one; to our fantastic butlers Raymond and Kurtney who extremely helpful and made things run smoothly!!! To our housekeeper Noella who kept our room fresh every day and Bryan of the Pisces Bar whose smile started our day. Of course, there were many other staff that was pleasant and welcoming. This gave it good value to us. The only real con was there wasnt a good access to the beach in front of the Hideaway for mobility challenged people. There was a ramp further down the property but made the was much further. All in all, it was an excellent stay!

I greatly enjoyed my time at the Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia. From the food, butler service, atmosphere, and activities, it was a phenomenal time. I look forward to coming back again.

Just got back from a week at the hideaway in St Lucia. Our butlers Nikita and Gilane were great. The food and service was subpar. Took way to long for waitresses to come over as well as a long time for food to come out. You had to ask numerous times To get what you wanted. I don’t think I’m a picky eater, but the food was gross. The quote of the week was how can you screw up a grilled cheese. The view itself was great. As well as our room was nice and clean. Did not like that the resort was attached to this other resort meaning it really wasn’t all adults only just a small part. We’ll definitely not go back to a Royalton ever again.

Shared a prior review to which the GM herself allegedly responded with an attempt to convey genuine concern. It is amazing she can take the time to respond to the public complaints but she somehow cannot manage to respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
