nice sized rooms. room had a bathtub close to the bed, which was challenging at night to avoid hitting it. Every staff member we dealt with, except one, was pleasant, helpful and gracious. the staff was excellent. Check in and out was a snap. Evening entertainment was varied and we enjoyed it a lot, especially the silent disco party. Enjoyed the food at all of the restaurants. Not one negative experience. My only complaint is that getting to the hotel from the airport and back was very inconvenient and extremely expensive. Not sure who decided to put the airport on the south tip of the island, and all the good resorts on the north tip. will not go back to St. Lucia because of this. it's a ripoff.

Vanessa at the Royalton Spa is such a wonderful person! ?? She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and warm, making you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. Her beautiful personality and pleasant attitude truly make a difference in the overall experience. Royalton exceeded my expectations. The amenities were plentiful. Depending in your package upon purchase you can have your own butler and free food and drinks. Watching the sunset each evening from anywhere I. Property was truly beautiful. Having a hot tub in our room was pretty awesome. However, I am handicapped and needed an accessible room and they switched us as soon as possible. The buffet was a spectacular experience. You can get proteins cooked how you want. Have pastas made specifically to what you want. Juices and smoothies made fresh from local fruit daily. So good. Highly recommended

We recently stayed at Royalton Hideaway St. Lucia, and it was absolutely beautiful! The grounds are impeccably kept, filled with vibrant flowers and fantastic amenities. Note for future travelers: there are currently two buildings undergoing room renovations, which look set to be completed by November, but it didn't impact our stay. We stayed in the Presidential 1-Bedroom Suite in Building 2, which gave us a breathtaking view of the entire resort. A huge shoutout to our incredible butlers, Kaysha and Nikita—they were phenomenal! They made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and truly went above and beyond throughout our entire stay. They both are hardworking and we appreciated them! With so many restaurants to choose from, every spot had its own special perk, but Hunter Steakhouse and Grazie were our absolute favorites. As someone who is gluten-free, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but the chefs here were incredible. They personally came out to discuss dietary options with me and crafted delicious meals that made me feel completely taken care of! Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile and a "have a great day!" We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to be back!

We were blown away with the view from our Junior Suite - We felt that the cost was reflected in that alone!!! The beds were oh so cosy and comfortable, a good selection of pillows (both hard and soft) ensured a great night's sleep. The shower was amazing - great pressure and spacious with a seat / shelf. The valance on the bed was visibly stained, and under desks and work surfaces had clearly not been swept or mopped before we arrived. There is a good range of restaurants and choice of food. Room service on the first night was a good choice after a long journey. The restaurant staff and service was good, the food in all restaurants tasted exceptional, however it often arried lukewarm or cold. For this reason we usually used the buffet as the range and quality of food was brilliant, and we could see what was hot and what was not (almost always warm/hot). The Dorado restaurant made amends for this when we returned for an outstanding breakfast! Jamal is an asset to the restaurant and couldn't have been more accommodating. The Butler Service was made special courtesy of Lovely staff, Nikita and Kaysha who truly made us feel at home and took care of our our every need. Both Briliant, friendly and genuinely helpful. Special shout to the Bar staff, particularly Wendy who made a special cocktail we enjoyed throughout, and Ash kept me laughing and supplied with this special Pop Shmoke (his superior version of the Mango Pop). Sindy and many other buffet servers and catering team were extremely helpful and professional. The hideaway reception area is well stocked and very confortable for relaxing or waiting, however the hideaway reception team could be more accomodating. There were a few occasions where we were deliberately ignored (eye contact confirmed we were seen waiting) on one occasion after approx 8 mins I asked if I could help myself and was eventually seen to...
