My experience with excellent. We had 2 butlers Kayson and Kaysha and they were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A great team. The tour guide Dwight was also very nice. He made us feel like we were his family. My overall experience was fabulous and I will recommend it to anyone and hope to visit again.

Overall, the staff do not want you there. They do not greet you with smiles at all! Pretty views. Kids are everywhere at the Royalton Hideaway; the pools, restaurants, and they are included in the nightlife. Hideaway is not an adults only resort! Lies!! Thankful that I booked a swim up room! That was my solitude. There are NOT enough lunch choices. It is very DIFFICULT to get dinner reservations. The app is not user friendly. Dorados breakfast is inconsistent. My husband & I ordered the same exact breakfast. He got a boiled egg, my meal did not. The salt & pepper shakers both have pepper. Ridiculous! The best part of Dorados is the hostess that seat you. Taller, brown skin lady on the morning of 5/29/26 was absolutely wonderful. She made me & my birthday bestie feel like queens! Room service, fries were inedible. They sat under the heat lamp for far too long. The bun of the burger was much larger than the burger. They serve more bread than burger. I called housekeeping for towel service. Waited an hour & nothing arrived. So, I sent a housekeeping request, using the horrible app, that I need washcloths, hand towels, & bath towels. After 2 hours an impatiently knocking housekeeping guy brought me 4 washcloths only. Most staff at the Royalton are unkind & not accommodating. They are not happy to serve you. The buffet egg station Supervisor man is HORRIBLY RUDE. He said come early for breakfast if you want meat. I arrived and was seated an hour before closing. The staff does not smile. They stop serving you thirty minutes before closing. Instead, they make plates for themselves and go eat in the swinging door room by the fish grill. The ice cream shop upstairs puts the sweet treats away in the fridge at 9:30, but they are suppose to close at 10. VACATION ELSEWHERE. Royalton Hideaway staff do not want you there. So, spend your money elsewhere. The most unfriendly, miserable service staff. They do not want customers. So, spend d your money elsewhere.

Royalton St Lucia .... is amazing!! We have just returned from a visit here and we are left feeling so fulfilled but having the holidays blues from leaving we cant wait to return. Ronald the diamond club manager really helped us during our stay and made everything pan out so smoothly and really made our stay memorable ... so much so that we are going to return in December. He was very efficient & a real credit to the resort. Gus the food and beverage manager is such a lovely guy & was so great to chat with him. The changes he has made to the food in the resort really shows and we felt like we was eating in 5* restaurant s not a hotel. Sabine the GM is so attentive as we had a query about returning and she helped us figure it out and secure the exact room we wanted. Big shout out to Kayson & Kaysha our butlers they were the best we could ask for !! if you visit here PLEASE PLEASE request them as your butlers. They look after you like your royalty and honestly nothing was too much for them! Please visit this resort for yourself and see how amazing it is & the staff who all go above and beyond for you!

Location was nice .. rooms were tired . Was far from high end . Dirty sunbed . Covers not fit sunbeds. Certainly not value for money . Quiet on the beach . Pool areas could be noisy and people smoking Cannabis . Food was passable ...

Shame on Marriott! Nothing at this hotel is branded by Marriott or even close to Autograph Marriott standards. Food was disgusting, service level was deplorable!
