The Spa at Hideaway at Royalton St. Lucia is currently undergoing maintenance and some of the facilities, including the water circuit are not operational. The expected reopen date is February 24, 2024. Most spa treatments can be done at another location within the resort.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

Nice resort, great VIBE, but not as inclusive as we thought…

My wife and I stayed at the Royalton St. Lucia over the New Year’s holiday. We always try to find a warm weather destination after the holiday season. Let me start my review with a recognition of exceptional service by Sam and the entire Vibe staff at the resort! They are highly undervalued for the incredible customer service they provide….they put the ‘experience” in customer experience! The resort was beautiful - exceptional amenities and entertainment. As we were staying in the “adults only” section, this only included the designated pool and hotel buildings, and this was not as inclusive an experience as we’d hoped, but we still had a fabulous time. Would I recommend Royalton - absolutely, with the primary reason being the fun and customer focus of the Vibe Team!
4 star resort with 4 star prices! Great stay!

Marriott gets themselves in trouble touting Royaltons as 5 star. If you are expecting 5 star don’t book BUT if you want a nice 4 star at 4 star prices with a secluded lovely beach, lots of pool options and pool chairs, clean, and with many excellent food options- we had an amazing time! The food was some of the best for AI we have had. Ordering snapper and shrimp and wood fired pizzas and pastas- so good! Also menu ordering for breakfast and lunch on the Hideaway side- so fabulous! They also have a food truck for quick bites and lunch- such a great idea! I saw complaints about liquor- they have absolute vodka and local top shelf rum- it’s not all “well”liquor and many solid options. We had an amazing time and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for 4 stars. We had a relaxing time on the hideaway side!
