Loved everything about this resort! Checked in with Karen at reception, she was so friendly and helpful after a long day of travel. Keezie booked our excursions and was our guide for the sunset cruise…she was so helpful all week! From housekeeping to the beach attendants, St. Lucians are the nicest people we’ve ever experienced. The resort is beautiful, there’s so much to do on and off site. The website doesn’t do it justice.

Beautiful resort, great for families and couples. All of the staff were accommodating in every way and very genuine about it. They make everything as easy as possible and made you feel important and welcomed from the moment you step foot into the lobby. We were celebrating our daughter’s 16th birthday, the Villa had special surprises for her including a decorated room, and a piece of cake and sparkling cider for her in the fridge. We were 2 adults and 4 teenagers 14-16 and stayed in a hillside villa. We had two children with severe allergies and wanted to have a kitchen if needed. Turns out the resort was excellent at dealing with the allergies. We met with a chef on arrival and the head chef the day after. We chose the all inclusive package which definitely made the most sense for us. The breakfast was a buffet every morning. To accommodate one of our travelers with dairy, gluten and tree nut allergies, they made a fresh breakfast of her liking (not taken from the buffet) every morning for her. Most amenities are centrally located and convenient. There were many activities to choose from. The resort has a free app which is super helpful for that. There are tours offered through the resort to experience the west coast of the island, there are also outside companies that have offerings. We used both and had good experiences all around. If you want to relax and be lazy, it’s perfect, if you want to be busy it’s also perfect. Zero complaints or problems. Would highly recommend!!
