Highly recommended. I would return without doubt

It’s a difficult decision when picking a resort so for us we opt for a child-friendly resort with adult provisions and we were not disappointed. There are so many positives but there are also some areas for development. This resort is a long taxi ride but if you arrange transport the drivers are friendly and will stop off at vantage points for photo opportunities. It didn’t seem as arduous as I expected. The speed limit is 40mph and slow is the Caribbean way so embrace the new way of living. When told we would see rush hour in Castries, the capital, I think we saw 5 cars and a couple of cows on a roundabout, The resort is beautiful. It is well appointed with new sun loungers and towel covers are provided plus beach towels. Water is brought to you throughout the day plus sun glasses cleaning wipes. There’s a bar and coffee shop and ice cream kiosk by the main pool and facilities along the beach. TIP: book your sun loungers on day 1 for the beach as they are then yours first your stay. Sun loungers are not allocated around the pool and we found d you need to get one by 8am. Food is plentiful and varied (Upper Deck steak restaurant was our favourite but there’s also Masala providing eastern cuisine, Papa Don’s Italian, Dragonfly offering evening tapas, Perch is seafood and Jammers is your staple American-Caribbean offer). TIPS: (1) pre-book your restaurant choices as soon as possible, especially if you wish to dine early at the popular times (2) take aways are an option if you want a chill- out night in (3) opt for ALL INCLUSIVE….the prices are expensive and your bill will add up e.g $18 a cocktail or $65 for steak or $5 can of Coke. Pros: Luxurious resort with fantastic facilities - spa (expensive but good), water sports (all included), daily activities (aqua aerobics, faves etc) and overwhelmingly friendly staff. Areas for development: It’s build on a hill so be prepared to walk or wait for the very regular shuttle buses. I don’t have all the answers but the slight annoyances of the holiday were: 1. Queuing for breakfast 2. Signing for your bill despite being in an all inclusive package. This was time consuming and a pain especially at breakfast. Maybe sign as you walk in? 3. The service can be slow at the bar and coffee shop. Maybe it’s the Caribbean life. Just be patient. 4. Booking for evening meals was frustrating 5. Go all inclusive without doubt

Great family hotel and spa experience!

Great experience at the spa with Jennefer, who did an incredible massage and facial, and also mini manicure for my two daughters. Both Jenneffer and Rod at the spa have been very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant pool and beach here - the children have had an amazing holiday!
