This place truly has it all: stunning views, beautiful beaches, amazing food, and an incredible team. From the moment I arrived, the management and staff made everything feel effortless and special. I met so many wonderful people during my stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The resort offers something for everyone — a wide range of activities, beautiful beaches, breathtaking views, unforgettable sunsets, quiet and relaxing spots, a lovely infinity pool, and comfortable, well-appointed rooms. I truly enjoyed my stay. My days started with a great breakfast, followed by relaxing time on the beach, pleasant walks around the resort, and strolls into Philipsburg. During my stay, the resort hosted Wellness Weeks, offering a variety of daily classes taught by professional NRG2GO instructors. I really enjoyed the yoga, pilates, power beach walks, aqua fitness, and more. It added so much value to the overall experience. I can highly recommend this resort and would love to return in the future.

Very Disappointing Stay — Not the Divi Experience We Expected My group and I were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Divi Little Bay in St. Maarten. As Divi Platinum Members, we were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable trip, but instead we experienced ongoing issues that greatly impacted our vacation. 1. Check-In Problems & Accessibility Issues Check-in took over two hours, and we were told the rooms we reserved were not available. The front desk agent repeatedly insisted there was nothing he could do and discouraged us from speaking with a manager. We were eventually placed in rooms up a steep hill with many stairs—even though one of our guests has a disability. Despite promises from management to resolve it, no one followed up. Shuttle service was unreliable and often never arrived; at one point, in the rain, a shuttle driver waved us off and kept driving. 2. Poor Attitudes at Bars & Beach Service Several staff interactions were unprofessional. At one bar, cases of water were visible, yet the bartender refused to provide any—even though our stay was all-inclusive—telling us they were “closed” and directing us elsewhere. Other bars sent us right back. At the beach, the attendant refused to place us in the front row of chairs unless we tipped heavily. When we asked for pool noodles, we were told they were “for marking,” though other guests were using them freely. 3. Dining Disappointments * Gizmo’s closed its kitchen at 9:30 PM despite posted hours stating 10 PM. * Pure Ocean is now a buffet with poor quality food, and the à la carte option being Italian felt out of place for the island. It no longer resembles the elevated restaurant it used to be. * Seabreeze was closed for renovations, even though the website stated it would reopen in November—which had already passed. This significantly limited dining options and would have changed our decision to purchase the all-inclusive package. 4. Inconsistent Service & Staff Conduct To be fair, a few team members were wonderful—Raffino at the Taco Shack, Lou the bartender, Justin, Sandarine at the front desk, and Tony from entertainment. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Unfortunately, many other experiences were negative: * A concierge employee (Sophia, to our understanding) refused to take a simple photo for us in an empty lobby. * One of our rooms was never cleaned, and requesting towels led to over an hour of waiting. When we followed up, we were told to pick them up ourselves after dinner. * At The Mix, a waiter tried to charge us a $45 fee for simply being on the rooftop, even though we were only trying to access the advertised happy hour specials—and this charge had never been communicated. 5. Facility & Amenity Issues * Wi-Fi did not work anywhere, despite showing as connected. * The bushes at the infinity pool were so overgrown they completely blocked the sunset view. * Our rooms lacked basic all-inclusive amenities—no beverages, no soap, and shortages throughout the stay. Overall This experience did not match the service, quality, or amenities Divi Little Bay advertises—especially given the price of the all-inclusive package. Many elements we relied on when booking were unavailable or misrepresented. We hope management takes these issues seriously, as this was far from the standard we’ve come to expect from Divi Resorts.
