We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites in Treasure Island, FL! The room was incredibly clean and spacious—plenty of room for our family to relax and feel at home. One of the highlights was the stunning balcony view overlooking the beach. Watching the sunset from there was absolutely unforgettable! The resort is located right on the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf whenever we wanted. The large family pool was a big hit with the kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone to swim and unwind. The entire property was well-maintained and felt safe and welcoming. We stayed here while we were in the Tampa area for a graduation. The location is amazing, right on the ocean! The room was very clean and it was nice to have space, as a family of 4, to spread out. The staff was super responsive when we requested extra towels and had an issue with parking. The pool was relaxing and a nice option when we didn't want to go to the beach. We ate lunch at the cafe one day which was a convenient option but a little overpriced. There is still a little construction around the grounds due to the recent hurricanes but nothing that took away from our stay. We can't wait to stay here again!

I rented a 2 bedroom for myself and 2 daughters-in-law with their small kids. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Short walking distance to the gulf and 2 great pools with hot tubs. Love that they kept the pools open until 10. Excellent location on Treasure Island.

This is our third time staying at Sunset Vistas, and it just keeps getting better! The stunning views, sparkling waters, and great amenities make it a perfect getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and dishes you need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals right in the comfort of your suite. The short walk to the beach is so refreshing, and the warm water makes it even better. There are plenty of chairs available at the pool, and the beach bar is a great touch—especially when chatting with the friendly locals. There is plenty of beachfront for beach chairs and cabanas. You can bring your own, or rent from a separate company. The bed is super comfy, and the bathrooms come well-stocked with fresh towels. Thank you again for another amazing stay—we'll definitely be back!

Dirty unit. Blender had food remnants still on it pillow had long hairs on pillow case. Curtains and towel’s had holes in them. Elevator did not work on beach side of parking garage ,sleeper sofa springs were destroyed as was the side chair. Doubt I will stay here again after years of using. Sunset Vista is run down and has seen better days.
