I'm not sure where the 4+ Star Reviews come from, but this place is NOT how the pictures on the website describe it to be! Bait and Switch with the Views. Make sure you get specific when booking, otherwise you'll have an Ocean view if you poke your head out the balcony and look around the corner. Our room included a refrigerator and wash/dryer. The fridge was warm no matter what they did. The dryer never got hot, so one shirt took 4hrs. The furniture looks like they pick up from local donation spots and fill their rooms. Nothing matches and it's all so dirty looking! We spent over $2000 on a 2 day vacation and thanks to the accommodations, had one of the worst experiences ever! Oh and make sure you get to the "Cafe" before 5pm, because they close! Check in's at 4p and here's a 10% card for the cafe, but you can't use it as we closed an hour after check in???? I wouldn't recommend to my ex-wife!

We were looking forward to heading to Treasure Island for the first time for spring break. Our flight arrived around 11am—thinking we could hopefully maybe check in early?? Nope. Check in at 4 but they’ll text us when the room is ready. Ok cool. Feel free to enjoy the amenities. Ok. We had lunch. We spent 4 hours at the pool. The place is tiny. It’s hot. We have 3 kids. 4pm came and went. Still not ready. 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars.

This was a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in Treasure island. The atmosphere was very family friendly and is in a great location. Its on the beach and just a short walk to John's pass. We have stayed here before, and would definitely stay again! The rooms offer everything you could need, are very roomy, and a great value!

Great location, beautiful beach, °

10 year returning customers, but will not be staying again. While booking, the reservation system has shown "under renovations" as it has since the 2 hurricanes last year. We stayed in May while they updated the pool area, no complaints and glad for their progress. This stay was not enjoyable by far. They had constant grinding of the walkways on all room levels from 9am to dusk making it unbearable to enjoy the beachfront balcony. The air quality when trying to leave the room while plugging your ears from the grinding nearby was just too much. We had to change rooms in the middle of our stay due to the air conditioner going and the maintenance crew was unable to complete the minor fix. No reimbursement for the inconvenience. While I am glad for the beach renourishment happening in Pinellas County, I was unaware that the beach access from sunset vista was closed. The only way to access the beach was to head down the side road from Shake Shop. Till the current manager moves on, we refuse to visit Sunset Vista again. We were misled about the reimbursement and told when checking out that they were working on it and will email our final receipt. After a few days of calling for our final receipt, we just received it and no reimbursement was given.
