Great beachfront location and property. Large well equipped rooms. Nice small cafe and beachfront bar although you can’t see ocean due to protective dunes Check in process needs work. Large resort with 4:00 check in and only 2 people at desk to check everyone in. Small overcrowded lobby at 4:00 of people waiting to check in

We had another wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, the property was well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool area, and the beach is just a short walk away, which makes the location perfect for a relaxing getaway. We usually visit this hotel once a year, but we enjoyed it so much that this was actually our second stay this year. That alone says a lot about how much we love this place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience keeps us coming back. We are already looking forward to returning and definitely plan on staying here again next year. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. From check-in to check-out, she made us feel welcome and valued as guests. The hotel grounds are pretty with water fountains, flowers and benches in the garden area. An easy short walk out to the beach. The pool is crowded, busy and loud if your room is close by. There is a community bin of pool and beach toys. Sunset bar is small but serves the purpose. Great Bartenders! The pool is clean and well maintained. Our room was nice, good set up for us. Furniture is old and beat up. Same with kitchen, but it served our purpose for the week. I did recommend on my survey from the hotel that they turn on the ice maker the day of check in and also amp up the toiletries and kitchen dish soap. We were given 1 roll of TP for each bathroom, for a week. When we asked for more, we were told only 1 extra roll. (ODD). Luckily we used instacart for provisions and brought from home laundry stuff, xtra garbage bags, coffee and filters. Ive stayed many many places along gulf coast, this stay was disappointing, I doubt I will return to this property. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place to vaca, if you have small kids, this is for you. Its a busy, loud area, with people, traffic, delivery trucks and garbage trucks continous.

rooms were dated contact paper on cabinets pealing, dumpster next to elevator shaft always smelling up whole area. hotel cafe was dirty, food was marginal, they build in bill 20% very predatory. could not us hot water kettle , unknown film on bottom .furniture was old and dirty. Beach location was only redeeming feature, Area was crazy busy. completely distasteful
