Nothing but the best service at this hotel. Great location as well. Not the most luxurious place, but much nicer than other so-called "business class" hotels in the downtown core.

Easy check in and check out. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of storage and extra waters. Clean. Right in the heart of Downtown Toronto. Plenty of options for meals and last minute buys. Parking is convenient. A/C worked well and it was an overall pleasant stay. Their key cards are very sensitive to any magnetized devices so I found myself getting that fixed nearly every day despite my trying my best to keep my phone, laptop and other devices away from the key cards.

Overall good experience but nothing stood out. Clean and everything in working order. Bathroom could do with some updating & shower pressure is really weak. Pillows were comfy and felt like memory foam, but mattress was not what I’d expect from a hotel - not fluffy and comfortable. Very quiet considering it is in the city. Lighting in the room is terrible (bathroom too), AC worked great but was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. Good and reliable for a business trip but nothing remarkable. Drinks at the hotel bar were quite good! Food we had at the hotel from the conference area was basic & breakfast was severely lacking (dry & cold breakfast sandwiches, very small amount of fruit. Indian food for lunch was good. Staff came and removed food items too quickly before we could grab protein bars for example. Customer service was excellent.

From check-in to check-out, the staff at Hyatt Regency Toronto exceeded expectations. I reported a concern with my room, and they responded immediately, offering me an upgrade at a reduced rate. Every staff member I encountered was warm, smiling, and attentive — truly outstanding hospitality. When I checked out, the concierge not only stored my luggage but also helped arrange a reduced fare to the airport. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten a personal item — they kindly offered to mail it back to me at no cost, even though I admitted it was my oversight. Thank you for the care, professionalism, and human touch. I won’t hesitate to stay again!

A very nice stay! Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpfull. Bed and pillows were optimal.. I had a great time at this hotel and everything was well organized
