Nice hotel and location. Staff were very accommodating and informative. Special request was performed adequately and everything went smoothly.

Great trip to Toronto- perfect location we parked for 2 days and walked everywhere- great restaurants in the area - we walked to the waterfront/ Rodger’s Center/ Hockey HoF. Hotel staff was friendly : we loved the roof deck pool- I can only give 3 stars because of the beds they were terrible! My neck and back are still sore 3 days later. Even the kids complained which is not ordinary they sleep on floors and air mattresses. I’d stay one night again but unlikely.

Very centrally positioned in Toronto and close to all amenities / attractions. The staff were very helpful and hotel keeps very high standards of cleanliness and service. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Toronto
