Excellent location, great room, nice view, quick elevators, affordable parking. We will return again.

We traveled the world crossing the street! excellent Indian, Italian, Middle Eastern food and sushi just across the street from the Hyatt Regency Toronto! Also, Great breakfast buffet! Very cool neighborhood with an easy subway system!

I stayed at this Hyatt hotel for labor day weekend. Right off the bat the lady at the front desk was going to give us a 1 bedroom queen bed when I had booked at 2 bedroom queen. I also had booked a high floor room and was given a room in the 9th floor the lowest floor they have. If I didnt complain later on they were not going to acknowledge this or give a refund. Lastly they gave the same room to another guest and they went into our room while we were in there. The manager made a BS excuse that it was given to the other gust as we shared the same last name WTF. Please train your team to not have these issues that put guests at risk. Please go to any other Toronto hotel stay away.

It was good stay , right in the heart of downtown. They care about the feedback and texted me bunch of times. The building is a bit old and the price is on the higher end but it was a good hotel . No complains. Internet was ok and the ambience was good

I would stay again. Excellent service. Close to every where. It is safe to walk around late at night. Great restaurants and hotel food was very good, and the best breakfast
