Great location, beautiful views, atmosphere was amazing. For first time we felt how it is to be Hyatt member, everyone was so helpful and nice. They make our vacation.

Excellent location to attractions, train stations, restaurants, etc. Starbucks is connected to the lobby, which was key. There are also 2 excellent bakeries within a block of the hotel. Rooms are slightly bigger than expected for a city hotel. Bathroom had a fan, which is rare, though it was a bit loud. My only complaints were that the room had no microwave, drawers were all very low (floor level), and the one side of the bed had no USB charging ports. Staff and housekeeping are phenomenal, esp. Zain and Bhing.

Great hotel, amazing location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, the elevators were quick and the rooftop pool was awesome. We will for sure be using this hotel as home base in the future. Highly reccomend.

This property was absolutely fabulous! It’s centrally located in the downtown area where many of restaurants, shops & attractions are in walking distance. The staff was very professional & helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered many options. Looking forward to our next trip!

Very friendly staff, excellent clean rooms, great location!. Enjoyed my experience very much! The check-in experience was easy and friendly! We were given a map of the city and free bottles of water right on check-in. The hotel concierge was very knowledgeable. The room was modern and very clean. The checkout experience was equally easy, fast and friendly!
