Room keys constantly demagnetized and no digital key available even though other Hyatt hotels during vacation had it. The WiFi was inconsistent. This is not acceptable with modern technology. No ventilation in bathroom which makes me believe things would be musty and probable with hidden issues we can’t see I am nervous of. Hotel and room are dusty and outdated. My breathing and asthma was not good here.

Stayed for one night after a Rush concert The good.. Excellent location Decent sized room Bed was confortable Nice bar area The not so good.: Room was very dated Limited connectivity No ramp from front entrance so had to lift cases up the stairs to front desk - no staff offered to assist Front desk staff somewhat unfriendly and asked for a 10/10 review even after seeing us struggle with our bags.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was very responsive when needed. Easy walking distance to the Roger’s Centre and all the downtown attractions.

The hotel’s location was amazing. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great location,very close to a lot of tourist attractions. Clean rooms, decent food. Well maintained hotel. Staff are very helpful and accommodating for all your needs. Will go back next summer for sure. Have been using the Hyatt Regency for about 6 years a lot of the staff is the same. In my world that means a lot.
