I had an exceptionally good stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff made it clear they genuinely care about creating a great guest experience. Every interaction felt attentive, and sincere. The room itself was spacious, modern, and very well maintained. The shower was a good size, the amenities were exactly what you’d want for a restful stay, and everything felt clean and thoughtfully arranged. It’s the kind of room that works equally well for a quick trip or a longer visit. The location is another major highlight. You’re right in the middle of the action, with many of Toronto’s top attractions within easy walking distance. If you’re visiting the city as a tourist, this hotel should be high on your list. I booked my stay using points, and the redemption value at the time was exceptional, one of the best uses of Hyatt points I’ve had in a while. It made an already great stay feel even better. Breakfast downstairs was very good, with friendly staff and a solid selection to start the day. There’s also a Starbucks on property for anyone who wants something quick before heading out. Overall, I was very impressed and would happily return on my next trip to Toronto.

Rob was absolutely amazing and turned my terrible day into a great one. My flight was delayed and I missed my train and needed a place to stay. I showed up at the hotel and Rob found me a room right away in one of their newly renovated rooms. The bed was so comfortable and exactly what I needed to be able to relax. By the time I got there the restaurant was closed but I had a delicious meal in the bar and it came so quickly. I was able to get back to the room and finally relax after a long day. Thank you for making sure I had a comfortable safe space to stay while I was stranded in Toronto.

After reading reviews, we decided to stay here and had a great experience. We were able to check in about an hour early, and the 15-minute check-in parking at the hotel made arrival easy. Allan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Parking is $40 for 24 hours, which is typical for downtown. The lobby is beautiful and relaxing with two water features and koi fish. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had plenty of mirrors, the king bed was huge (a bit firm for my liking), and the TV was one of the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. Lots of outlets, including USB-C. Great location close to the waterfront, the CN Tower, and Queen Street West. Overall, I really liked this property and would stay again.
