I have always had a great stay at the Hyatt. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I always have a good sleep and rest. The staff are professional, especially Ray at the front desk. The restaurant is a great spot to have a drink after work. No complaints, always happy to get the chance to stay at the Hyatt.

Quick 1-night stay using a certificate while on a road trip. Encountered only a very good experience at this classy urban Hyatt. City center, in the entertainment district. (Plenty of dining choices at all price points right across the street from the hotel entrance.) Convenient garage parking ($40 / night). Room was very slightly dated but incredibly comfortable - bed, sheets, towels, water temp/pressure all excellent. We were struck with how professional and caring the front desk staff was. This Hyatt does an incredible job making one feel welcome. Recommended, and would definitely return.

Would visit again! Hubby and I stayed 2 nights to celebrate his birthday. Eeceived great customer service from Rey. Breakfast was delicious and overall, my husband had a great birthday staycation in Toronto. Only downside was the $40/night parking but with in and out privileges, it is a good deal. Would recommend!!

Great hotel! Rob at the front desk is amazing. The room was very nice. Wonderful hospitality. I look forward to my next stay here. We were given first class treatment as Globalists and my kids loved the spacious room. Hotel is in a great central location.

The hotel offers high-quality accommodations and excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider variety of options. Recommended
