Fantastic location, centrally located. Short walking distance to the theater district and dozens of restaurant choices.

Rob was absolutely amazing and turned my terrible day into a great one. My flight was delayed and I missed my train and needed a place to stay. I showed up at the hotel and Rob found me a room right away in one of their newly renovated rooms. The bed was so comfortable and exactly what I needed to be able to relax. By the time I got there the restaurant was closed but I had a delicious meal in the bar and it came so quickly. I was able to get back to the room and finally relax after a long day. Thank you for making sure I had a comfortable safe space to stay while I was stranded in Toronto.

After reading reviews, we decided to stay here and had a great experience. We were able to check in about an hour early, and the 15-minute check-in parking at the hotel made arrival easy. Allan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Parking is $40 for 24 hours, which is typical for downtown. The lobby is beautiful and relaxing with two water features and koi fish. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had plenty of mirrors, the king bed was huge (a bit firm for my liking), and the TV was one of the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. Lots of outlets, including USB-C. Great location close to the waterfront, the CN Tower, and Queen Street West. Overall, I really liked this property and would stay again. I had an excellent stay and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the rooms were kept in pristine condition. Any additional amenities I requested were delivered promptly and with perfect accuracy. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the near future.
