Great location and good facilities for a good price. My room was large and comfortable - I got a great sleep which was important as I was in town for a business meeting. I really liked the relaxing bar area and live piano music - it was a great place to hang out before my flight. Staff were thoughtful and helpful throughout. I got the impression that there was a fairly decent work culture there - loved seeing the display of all the gingerbread houses the different teams made as part of their holiday celebrations.

Hyatt Regency in Toronto is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. It is fancy and clean with amazing staff. Loved the koi fish and atmosphere.

Nice, comfortable, clean hotel in a good location (walking distance to CN Tower and Ripley's, convenient TTC access) with truly exceptional staff. Akshat and James both went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. We'd definitely stay here again!

Price is reasonable. Nice hotel. Room was clean. Parking available for reasonable fee. Was also nice how they had a place to park temporarily while we checked in and got a parking pass.
