Location was great. A few city blocks from main attractions such as Ripley’s Aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre. Atmosphere was metropolitan business, family, weekend getaway all are covered. Rooms was spacious, clean and modern. Pool was heated. Towels available right there as well as bathrooms and water cooler. Only downside is there is no shade as it’s on the 17th floor. Overall excellent experience for the price.

Good location with a neat rooftop pool. Water was warmer I expected it to be cold lol. Staff was friendly hotel had decent rooms and clean.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Location is central in the middle of downtown Toronto. Close to everything and all attractions. Convenient parking at the hotel and plenty of parking options outside the hotel. Hotel is clean. Noise level is not an issue. Service was great. Being our 5th stay at a Hyatt Regency in recent years; I get a feeling that Hyatt is neglecting to keep this brand of hotels UpToDate in terms of room furnishings, condition of the furniture, and general dark feeling of the room. They are often considered more like business hotels, but still, lots of families like us stay at them every now and then, especially because of their central locations. There seems to be more concentration on brands like Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, and Hyatt Centric in terms of having lively and modern look.

All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room A/C issue was handled by maintenance within 20-30 minutes of notification.

Great location, beautiful views, atmosphere was amazing. For first time we felt how it is to be Hyatt member, everyone was so helpful and nice. They make our vacation.
