The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions and subway station. The staff at the Hyatt was nice and helpful. They arranged transportation to the airport with their private contractor. We were told it was $60 + tax, but when we were paying the driver, he tried to charge us $65 + tax.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was terrific! Rooms were nice. Starbucks in the hotel! The location is perfect. Short walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, restaurants and theaters! Trolley stops right outside the door! Great for families. Highly recommend.

Excellent as expected and always experienced. Clean and comfortable enjoyable stay. seemed expensive probably determined by activities going on in the City on the same date.

We held a client event at the Hyatt this past week and I was blown away by how seamless the process was, how knowledgable our Hyatt team was, and the above and beyond attitude they brought to every element of our time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for a fire alarm. We were on the 12th floor and my husband's mobility issue made evacuation difficult. The front desk person was most unhelpful when I informed him that we would not be able to evacuate again in the event of another alarm. He said he was sorry to hear that. I had to ask if there was a contingency and he said to call the front desk if there was another alarm. Not very helpful.
