The room was immaculately clean. The shower had great pressure. My request for a quiet room was fulfilled too. The staff were very nice and around at all hours. The hotel's location was perfect to catch the Jay's game. The only issue was that the air conditioner was loud, but I doubt much can be done about that. It wasn't rattling or anything, but when it kicked on, it was disruptive.

I am still checked-into the hotel and wanted to share how lovely my experience has been so far. When I checked in, the Front Desk Agent was warm, welcoming, and put me at ease after a long travel day. When I called this morning to ask for some toiletries to be sent up, the person at the other end of the phone couldn't have been nicer. The hospitality could not be more welcome after a horrible travel experience and my luggage not being on the same flight as me. This team knows what hospitality is all about!

It was neat, and clean. Staff was attentive and professional. I really like the pool and work our facility. It is now my go to for downtown Toronto.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) in a City View Deluxe Suite on the 18th floor. The room had a king size bed and a double sofa bed. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. Free wifi was appreciated by all. The layout of the room was great for our family as we added a rollaway bed (no charge) for one of our children and the other child slept on the sofa bed. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job providing anything we needed and they were very friendly. The biggest issues we had with the room were that the carpet was very smelly and needs to be replaced. The air conditioning worked well but we noticed there was a foul smell coming from the vents. In addition, the king bed in the main bedroom was well worn on each side and the bathroom is very small with almost no counter space. The location of the hotel is excellent for downtown activities and the rooftop pool was nice but shade is needed. Despite the positive points I don’t think we would stay here again due to the carpet, air conditioning conditions, and no shade at the pool.

Great location to much of downtown district and finance area. Too much access noise after 1am on most nights in the hallways .
