After arriving late after a delayed flight, I was warmly welcomed by the host, and served an excellent meal. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in-room dining experiences. My 3 nights were a wonderful stay and I'll like be returning for future visits to the city.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was traveling with my two small children and, due to a fatal road accident on our route fro the USA, we were unable to reach the Hyatt hotel on time. I cancelled the reservation as soon as it was clear we couldn’t safely arrive—well within a time frame that would have allowed them to resell the room. The room was booked using a free night award, but Hyatt still charged me $1,200 for a single basic room night. Absolutely outrageous. When I refused to pay this predatory fee, they responded by cancelling my loyalty account entirely. I’ve never experienced anything so customer-hostile. Charging $1,200 for a cheap room booked on points—during an emergency no less—should be illegal. Shame on you, Hyatt. CUSTOMER BEWARE: Do not stay at this hotel. They will take advantage of you the moment something goes wrong.

Had a great time at Hyatt, it is my preferred hotel to visit in Toronto. Central to many things, great customer service, clean high-end hotel.

Fantastic location, close to theatres and restaurants and shopping. The location of the hotel is fantastic, however, having delicious breakfast in bed with amazing coffee is one of the highlights of our trip as well! Even though there is a Starbucks in the lobby, I prefer the Hilton hotel coffee!

Had a wonderful 2-day business trip stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto - My room was very comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Hotel staff were wonderful and who did not mind chatting with me – they all made me feel like I was a member of a family. I now plan to return, however the next timetime for a vacation with my wife. And the yummy breakfasts…. a perfect way to start the days
