I was on the 30th floor and had the most spectaculaire view of the city! Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Excellent guest services. The restaurant is also very good, I had breakfast and it was delicious. Loved my stay here! Will return!

Great location, great price and so easy to deal with. With their central location on Robson St, you are just minutes away from walking to many fantastic restaurants & shops. It is very comfortable and always spotless. A pleasure to stay with for sure!

Great loction, with plenty of walkable restaurants in a vibrant neighborhood. Rooms are adequate. All may be corner rooms, but not all have the great views advertised- ours looke out over rental apartments and we had no choice in room selection. Lobby had an "under seige" vibe with restrooms locked even for hotel guests. No coffee or other amenities. Saff was pleasant. The biggest problem was the price, which was way to high for what was offered.

This review comes as part of an itinerary of a road trip arranged by Audley Travel. The rooms and hotel were okay; there was nothing great about them. The staff was polite. One issue was that the beds were 8 inches higher than my wheelchair and took some effort to get on. This is not acceptable for an adaptive room.

I stayed here for couple of nights. This is in a great location where many of the attractions including Stanley park are within 20-30 mins walking distance. This is in one of the busy streets and so there are so many restaurants nearby. They also have their restaurant next to the hotel. Room was very comfortable. Usual amenities including safe, plenty of charging ports etc. My room also had a couch to relax. Very comfortable bed as well. One issue I had was the A/C didn’t work on the 1st day and when I called them around 1am, they came immediately to fix it. So staff were really attentive. Also in the lobby, they have a place to refill water bottles which is very helpful for travelers. Definitely a place I would stay again.
