This hotel is a great place to stay, especially for enjoying Vancouver. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic for getting around Vancouver, with much within walking distance. Every room has a balcony, and with only 8 rooms per floor, there is little hallway noise. The view was fantastic - across the city and out to English Bay. Instead of a business desk, the room has a loveseat seating area, a bar, refrigerator, and Nespresso maker. One thing this hotel has which is becoming rare - an actual door that shuts for the bathroom. Highly recommended for a place to relax while in Vancouver.

We stayed at the Blue Horizon Hotel for 9 days and had a really enjoyable experience. The location is a huge win—walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of outdoor entertainment, which made it easy to explore without needing a car. Our room was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was very accommodating throughout our stay. We also ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised—it was quick and very good. The view from our room was amazing, and one of the unexpected highlights was watching the birds—it added a really peaceful touch to the stay. Noise was minimal, which is about as good as you can expect in a downtown setting. The parkade also felt safe and convenient, which mattered for peace of mind. Overall, a solid choice if you want a central location with comfort and great views.

Ideal location near family in west end. Love that every room is a corner suite with so much room. Ours was also newly renovated. Didn’t have time to use the pool/hot tub/weight room but appreciated the fact that there is a restaurant in the lobby where we had a lovely breakfast each morning.

My wife and I had our second great stay ar the Blue Horizon! You can't best it's location on Robson Street with all its shops and restaurants including the 24 hours Breka Cafe. Our 18th storey view was wonderful. The King Superior room was spacious and comfortable with a small fridge and safe. My only complaint was that the pillows were a little hard for my liking but the bed provided a restful sleep. Daily parking is available and reasonably priced. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We are definitely planning on staying at the Blue Horizon on future visits.
