A great hotel

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights coming with my family to Vancouver for the first time. The location was great, and there are lots of nice places to eat and shop right on the doorstep (especially Horin Ramen opposite - don’t miss it!). The waterfront is also only a short walk away. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the views were breathtaking. We had delicious breakfast in the cafe downstairs and found all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and would gladly stay there again
Great place to stay in downtown Vancouver

Location is the best seller of Blue Horizon, nice places and restaurant are within reach in a 10 to 15 mins walk. The room is spacious for 3 people with 2 queen size comfortable beds with clean sheets and comforter
Great location, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable beds.

This hotel is in a great, central location. It is perfectly clean, the beds are so comfortable and breakfast is really good with plenty of choice and prompt service. It is a shame that there isn't a lounge area to relax in and maybe order a coffee at the end of the day. The rooms are large, bathroom maybe a bit small but the shower is great. The air conditioning made a bit of a noise if the fan was on, but with it off, the room was still a nice temperature. I'm pretty picky but I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Perfect Hotel for Three Days

This is a great hotel! We loved the location which is surrounded by shops and restaurants. In fact, the Hop On bus and the Capilano bus stop in front of the hotel - cabs were always waiting. The rooms are all corner rooms and ours had a sofa, easy chair and ottoman/ coffee table which was nice for down time in the room. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and everything was immaculately clean. Diego helped print out our Cruise luggage tags and offered excellent advice about things to do in the city. There is no lobby to speak of and we never used the pool or exercise room. There is a restaurant on the first floor, Abode, open for breakfast but not dinner. The breakfasts were very good and we had the same server, Betty, several mornings and she was cheerful and excellent. I don’t like strong coffee and Betty devised an 80/20 water mix that was perfect for me. Really, Betty was a highlight of our stay.
Nice place but if there is an event going on it will cost you double!

It was a nice place and everyone was nice and friendly. However what I didn’t like was the price Gouging because of the World Cup Soccer tournaments. It is generally around 200 and some dollars a night and because of the soccer games being played it cost us over 500 .00 US dollars a night. Also, the local businesses in the area did not want to take US dollars. So just be aware of that. But all in all the room was nice.
