The best hotel room and service I’ve ever received. Hands down he stayed in the room that had the large tub with Jacuzzi nozzles Overlooking the water. Everything we ordered from room service was delicious and was delivered with care and friendliness.

Our room being a suite has an amazing view of the water. Very comfortable, and clean. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. From checking in to checking out everything went perfectly. I left my jacket behind after leaving and lost & found staff, Hannah Luu, helped sorted it all out by having the item shipped to my home. We had a memorable time. Next time we visit Vancouver we will certainly stay here again.
