Amazing hotel, loved our stay!

This was our first trip to Vancouver and we LOVE the city and our time at Pacific Rim. The hotel is beautiful, staff was so great, concierge so incredibly helpful and informative and the restaurants were delicious and make the coolest, most unique drinks! Nick and James at concierge went above and beyond helping us book a harbor cruise (Nick!) and then when we missed our connection in Seattle, James worked painstakingly (one of his colleagues shared with us how hard James worked on this for us!) to help us reschedule our flights for the following day-so helpful and very much appreciated! One thing to be aware of is that there is another Fairmont hotel very close to pacific rim and our uber driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel- it wasn't until we tried to check in that we realized the mistake. It was a beautiful day and a short walk so no big deal but if raining or cold then could be so just check to make sure you're at the right hotel since we were told it happens at least once a day!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Pacific Rim, and enjoyed our stay. The views are spectacular, the service is incredible and the pillows are dreamy. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the amazing hospitality - the staff are exemplary! Marie Ulveland
