GREAT HOTEL

Excellent hotel with excellent staff at all levels, we asked if it was possible to check in early at 1030am, the man at the desk said no problems and we weren’t charged for the early check in. Room was spotless, buffet breakfast was good, the gym and pool are good. We will be staying here again.

We visit Vancouver every year to keep in touch with friends and family. We prefer to stay near the waterfront close to downtown. For the past few years we have stayed at the Pan Pacific which has been very nice. This year we decided to switch to the Fairmont Waterfront just to see how it compared. The room was spacious and up-to-date with great views and nice amenities. However it was the concierge service and lounge that made the difference for us. We’ll stay here again for our next visit.
