Very good customer service, staff are super friendly both on the phone and in person. Very good location too, less than 5min walk to Canada Place, a famous food truck just downstairs

Highly recommend this Hyatt Regency location. The staff is always on point and the property is cleaned and well maintained. Will continue to stay here time and time again when visiting the city.

Really nice stay during Christmas- great location, very friendly staff and the gingerbread lane was the cherry on the top. Even the 3 hour free daily electric vehicle charging was extremely useful!

The location of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Vancouver is absolutely great. Located only a couple of blocks away from some really good restaurants, like Din Tai Fung. Also is very close to shopping. The staff is very nice at check-in. We appreciated receiving a room with a view. Our view was of the North Shore mountains. We were lucky to get a great view. Much better than a room looking out at just office buildings. The bed is very comfortable. We got a good, restful sleep. We love the underground parking. Easy access to the hotel. Can leave our car parked there until 3 p.m. on the day of checkout. Makes it very stress-free if we can receive a late checkout of 1 p.m. and leave our car parked until 3 p.m. on day of checkout. We use the extra time to either get more sleep if we arrived late the night before or get time to shop and dine in the surrounding area. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency. Not only for its great location, but also for its amenities and benefits like: late checkout time, comfortable bed, and underground parking. High class all the way!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, simple and had the best breakfast in Vancouver for a hotel. I have started away from downtown Vancouver and avoided Hyatt, but that was a mistake. The bus access, the shuttle to Capilano, and the quick access to shipping and dining made this location and experience great. My only issue is parking and driving, it was a bit rough with all the pedestrians crossing the street means up to a 10-15 minute wait for parking.
