Decently furnished rooms, clean environment, polite staff and efficient house keeping services. Overall a pleasant stay.
Wheelchair friendly stay

It not only close to Stanley Park, Canada Place, Vancouver Art Gallery but also near public transit that allow to travel further. The hotel is wheelchair friendly and it's easy to move around. The staff are very friendly to help us to get accessible room and to move around the hotel.
If you can find a good rate, BOOK IT !

The pool, sauna, hot tub combo is awesome. Room was great. Good location with proximity to the ocean and solid restaurants nearby.
A rainy trip, but hotel amenities made up for it.

With an extensive gym, outdoor hot tub, sauna and pool made the rainy days bearable. My convention was just a couple of blocks away but the weather can put a damper on evening activities. It was nice to come back to the hotel and warm ourselves.

Great hotel Central location Amazing staff Room was spacious and very clean Atmosphere with the Ginger Bread display was festive. Kinda magical.
