Stayed 2 nights pre cruise with my husband and other family members. The location is perfect with many dining and shopping options as well as the Canada Place all within walking distance. Brian was very helpful during check in suggesting a few places to eat both casual and upscale. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when visiting Vancouver, BC,

Great property, staff is excellent. Drawbacks - forgot toothpaste? Want a softdrink or candy bar? No on-site concessions. Stand on the other side of driveway to have a smoke, and the homeless flock to bum cigarettes and spare change.

Great location. Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff was really helpful and efficient. I would staff at the Hyatt Vancouver on Burrard again!

Nice location downtown Vancouver. The hotel is old and wear and tear is showing. This goes for the rooms as well. I’ve stayed in nicer downtown hotels for even less money. Food at the restaurant was not very good or exciting for a high end hotel. I won’t be back to this hotel. Better choices are available.

We had been on a cruise, the hotel was an easy walk away from the cruise terminal. The hotel is immaculate and the room ,large and comfortable
