Great location, room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in staff in particular was very helpful and friendly. My plane was very delayed and they were easily able to accommodate a very late (technically early AM) check in. Check out was seamless. Would go here again if I went back to Vancouver.

Very nice hotel, great location. Held a conference there and all staff were very helpful and friendly! Rooms are good size, food is good. Highly recommend.

Excellent location close to shops, transit, and restaurants as well as offices for business meetings. Wonderful, calm, peaceful atmosphere; professional, helpful, friendly check in and concierge; clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable rooms.

Location is great, shopping dinning all walking distance. Rooms are ok, Nothing special, Cleaning of all hotel rooms, public places are great. Breakfast no included have to $50.00 per person, No pool for children

Great location in downtown. The beds are very comfortable and you will get a good nights sleep. Nice bar for an after dinner cocktail.
