The bed and pillows were super comfy, perfect for a great night's sleep. Plus, the location is excellent!

Told this was a 5 star hotel, book through Silversea cruises, not even a complementary bottle of water never mind the champagne and fruit we were led to believe would be provided

The hotel was perfect for us! Great location, very clean and modern facility, helpful and friendly staff.
Overpriced for what was offered

We stayed there prior to a cruise the lobby was dark and dismal with not a lot of places to sit. Room was up to date with big tv food was fine. My major concern was room rate doubled on the second night because of demand. I am sorry I didn’t notice this because there was nothing special about this hotel to justify that high price. To make matters worse I looked at booking.com and the price was not double there. Location ok -lots of high end stores near by Prada etc. I don’t recommend the hop off on bus expensive and an older regular bus so you couldn’t see much and there was no or poor narration
Great service at restaurant

From start to end this was a great property. The service was great, everyone was super friendly. Estella, Leo, and Sam at the Grain restaurant were reason enough to come back to the property. They provided amazing service during the entirety of my stay.
