Excellent Hyatt level hotel. Good and clean facilities.

This was the perfect place to stay for the 4 days I was in Vancouver. The location was perfect for everything that I wanted to do while I was in Vancouver, and my room was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend The Hyatt Regency to anyone wanting to visit Vancouver.

Location was great. Very close to restaurants, shopping and tour shops. We walked to Earl's Kitchen Cafe for dinner one evening; Sephora since I forgot to pack skin care products and the drug store across the street for my husband some vitamins.

Excellent stay. Hotel is modern, rooms well-decorated and comfortable. Great view from balcony of 22nd-floor room. Great location, next to Transit station, within walking distance of most downtown sites. Great buffet breakfast.

Upon arrival, the service provided by the bellman, Ivan, and the Front Desk Agent, Brian, was exceptional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism set the tone for a great stay from the very beginning. Our dining experience at Grain Restaurant was equally impressive. Although I did not catch the names of the servers and hosts, their attentiveness and kindness stood out. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family, especially my 3-year-old daughter, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, the staff and service throughout Hyatt Regency Vancouver are truly outstanding. We made an excellent decision choosing this property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be returning soon.
