Great place to stay - central to downtown - close to the train as well as the waterfront. The atmosphere span from professional events to folks like ourselves enjoying vacation. The staff are outstanding.

Great place to stay if taking a cruise from Vancouver. It was close to the cruise terminal. Very walkable part of town. Restaurant within hotel was good.

Though we stayed only one night we were welcomed so warmly. Our room was bright and clean on a higher floor. We were very pleased with our stay. A big thank you to the frontstaff.

Our stay was fine. Generic. Satisfactory. Staff was lovely. Enjoyed the themed stair-climbing challenge. Had we not prepaid our room, we would have likely checked out and moved to the Fairmont or Rosewood around the corner, which at the time of booking, were comparably priced. At nearly $3,000 CAD for a 4-night stay, the value just wasn’t there. The property is a little tired, clean enough but dated. Bathroom, especially lighting, not especially functional. Appreciated the early check-in but didn’t appreciate being charged $50 (normally $100) for it. (But thankful the charge was ultimately reversed.) Overall, not much to complain about, but nothing was special. We probably wouldn’t consider the property on our next visit.
