The Hyatt is well located in downtown Vancouver and reliable in every way -from ease of parking to hotel restaurants and spacious, clean comfortable rooms. The hotel anticipated most all of our needs so we rarely needed to contact them in the 4 nights we were there. The service and comfort is of the high quality level I have come to expect when I book with Hyatt Hotels. The computerized elevators made traveling to and from our room a breeze!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt Regency in DT Vancouver. Location is prime and the service is always excellent when I stay here. Close to all amenities as expected for a downtown centre hotel including shopping, restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The concierge is always very helpful so a big shoutout to them.

Very nice hotel. Staff were very professional and helpful during my stay. The hotel is located close to a variety of amazing restaurants. The cool thing about this hotel, they had balconies. You got to get fresh air and look out on the city. They had an amazing set of elevators that moved traffic quickly and efficiently.

The rooms were spacious and it had a nice view of downtown Vancouver. Everything was clean. There is a Tim Hortons was next door and Starbucks in the hotel. It is a 10 min. walk to waterfront. There is an old Cathedral in front of the hotel that welcomes all guests.

Short business trip with overnight stay at Hyatt which is walking distance to work. Always enjoyed my stay at Hyatt. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean and modern. I love the bodycare, Pharmacopia so much so I now use it at home. The hotel staff are always courteous and professional.
