Nice comfortable hotel in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Club lounge privileges welcome. Staff friendly and efficient. Room serviced by Deya - excellent

Shane provided outstanding service during breakfast. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. He checked in at just the right moments, and his suggestion of the 3 egg omelette was right on point. Excellent service like this really makes a difference—thanks Shane!

Rooms were great, good beds and pillows. Service personnel were very cordial and courteous. Excellent Hospitality from all staff. Will certainly come again. Club Lounge offered excellent snacks and special mention of the staff there that made guests feel at home.
