We Stayed here for 2 nights with my sister,stayed in the South Tower and was upgraded. The room was clean and friendly staff .I would like to thank you verry much Stefan for giving us a Nice city Views.you make our stay Enjoyable, We surely had a great time.

I’m local but we like to stay here to celebrate our anniversary. I always receive top notch service even before check in. Rachel at guest services responded my inquiry via chat before our stay and went beyond sending us heartfelt gifts for our anniversary. Sude at front desk with great smile welcomed us and was super efficient with all the check in procedure including the upgrade due to my status. Twinquel and Billy at the Club Lounge made this one the best lounge I have ever experienced. They’re very attentive and kind, and fun to talk with. I always recommend Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre to my friends and family, and we will be back soon!

We went to the Wall to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we walked in to the check out our experience was fantastic. When we checked in we were greeted by Ahmet the front desk supervisor. His professionalism and kindness was fantastic. They were aware that it was our anniversary and they treated us like celebrities. We enjoyed our time in the hotel lounge and restaurant. our dinner server Kateryna was fantastic to us and the dessert recommendation was loved. We were treated so well by Shane in the lounge and Theo in the Club Lounge. I also want to mention Anna who is the Director of Food and Beverages who was very kind and professional. Tyrone Douglas

It was our second time staying here for a Christmas staycation. Our stay was perfect. This time we came with our pet dog. I'd like to thank the friendly concierge staff who helped us during our stay specially Ksenia, Emra and Sean Manalo. They were very friendly and welcoming!

As GOLD member soon PLATINUM I felt that this property lack a lot. I was not greeted accordingly and check in was a nightmare. Management lacked of organization. Holidays You have assigned 2 agents to check in when at least should be 3 or 4 for the line up and customer services. I did request some amenities in advance but nothing was delivered to the room. Wasted my time asking for amenities in advance.
