Room was clean, bed was comfy and pillows great. Bathroom was clean and well supplied. Was a bit confusing to get to room as we were in a different tower but all good. View was amazing. Maria our room service server was amazing. Food was very basic fair late at night but for the bill. Amazing service and food at Maxine’s, a great cafe about 5 minute walk down Burrard. Rooms were not very quiet from the outside or other rooms. Lots of sirens all times days and nights. If I was staying longer for relaxation would probably pick a different area.

Billy at the lounge was exceptional. Always smiling and ready to help. He brought such positive energy to the place. The manager Theo also was very nice.

We have truly enjoyed our stay at the Wall Centre! Everyone has been extremely helpful and nice, especially our breakfast server Shane in Cafe One. We are in the hospitality business and recgnize his excellent service. I will also mention the lovely Ukrainian girl in Bar One - Katerina I think was her name. She was excellent as well! They are the kind of people that make a difference in your business and deserve to be recognized.

The location is very convenient. Its around a lot of tourist attractions. Billy was a great lounge host, and their lounge food is great. The room was also very nice. Would reccomended

I love staying in this hotel, always feels very welcoming, great location for everything. Rooms are lovely and kept clean by the lovely Marissa. The club lounge is good for breakfast and snacks. Room service brought up by very friendly Maria. Thank you all.
