We’d stayed here back in 2019 - pre-Covid. At the time, the club served a range of specialties including smoked salmon and various canapes. The newly-refurbished club, on the 34th floor, is spacious and well-appointed, However, the breakfast served now is standard Marriott fare, nothing special. As for the room, we were upgraded to a Junior suite on the 33rd floor. Spectacular views of the harbor, Stanley Park, and downtown, but no dressers for clothing so we lived out of our suitcases. The staff describes the Sheraton as primarily a business hotel. For this purpose, it’s top notch. But for tourists seeking a luxury experience, we were told that the downtown Marriott is a better choice. We like it because of its central location.

Massive hotel set in different sections . Tried confirming out booking online. Was constantly told there was no booking. Contacted our agent who confirmed for us. Told 2 staff members.in arrival but the basic answer is they don't know how to even escalate our issue and it's just how the hotel works. Our room on the 11th floor was extremely noisy from road traffic . A/con was hopeless.

Great location with everything conveniently nearby, including tour bus stops right outside the hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the rooms were pristine, thoughtfully equipped with every amenity I could ask for and more. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team for their exceptional service — the hotel was spotless, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The cozy, cloud-like bedding made for one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time. The gym was also state of the art and very well equipped. The club lounge was a wonderful — elegant, relaxing, and perfect. The breakfast selection and evening hors d’oeuvres were excellent, and the staff provided warm, attentive service throughout. A couple of helpful tips for future guests: if you have club access, be sure to mention it upon arrival so you can enjoy the lounge facilities, including breakfast and refreshments while waiting. Also, it’s worth double-checking the breakfast and hors d’oeuvres timings at the club lounge, as they may differ slightly from the printed schedule.
