Modern and elegant two bedroom suite

HomersWay (Boston, Massachusetts) on Feb 21, 2024

We stayed in a two bedroom , two bathroom suite in the south tower, comfortable for 4 guests. Unit 3306 appeared to have been renovated the past 1-2 years. Both rooms have king beds. The master bathroom is very spacious with a closet though has a very odd layout. Strangely, the suite lacks dresser drawers needed to store clothing for a longer stay. Pros: Room was modern and spacious. We paid for access to the lounge which served snacks and coffee in the afternoon and also included breakfast in the morning. Price matched the quality of our stay at the hotel Good location. Convenient to grocery, buses, eateries Large circular entry allows for easy, no hassle unloading of luggage Cons: Lounge can’t accommodate all guests Small and crowded lobby with two broken elevators Long and unpleasant check in process Fitness center, gym and proper breakfast (not lounge offerings) located in North Tower, a 10 minute commute

Friendly service in the heart of downtown Vancouver

vz4-family (London, Canada) on Feb 21, 2024

After dinner with friends, we ended up in the lounge of the Sheraton Wall Centre. Our waiter Shane took excellent care of us and made us feel so welcome. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to have a few drinks with friends, definitely consider the lounge at the Wall Centre and ask for Shane!! :)

Will Stay Here Again!

Rachel C on Feb 20, 2024

We stayed here in June of 2023 for a weekend getaway. Upon arrival, we had absolutely no expectation of checking in early and were just hoping to drop off our bags and come back at check in time. The staff at the front desk were awesome, and were able to check us in early! Although we frequent Vancouver, they were quick to note some new places to check out. The room lay out was a bit odd, but spacious and lots of light during the day! The bed was comfortable and they were happy to accommodate when I asked for a few more towels. As we were up several floors off the street, there was minimal noise to our room at night. Centrally located, this hotel was a great location to just about everything! The one time we did need a taxi, it was quick and available and the staff at the front were on it! The food was good! The Service was great! We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Vancouver!

Within the city center, accessible to everything. Very nice view from the 30th floor. Even walking distance to prime location. Highly recommended for business or just for relaxation. Just minutes away from Vancouver International Airport YVR, with plenty of nearby shopping establishments. Well maintained rooms, clean bathroom and of course, comfortable and luxurious bed.

Consistently great experiences at the Sheraton Wall Centre

Steve L (Seattle, Washington) on Feb 06, 2024

The experience at the Sheraton Wall Centre is consistently excellent. Rooms are maintained well and meticiously cleaned. The staff are always attentive; and a shout to Dejan (hope I got his spelling right) at the front desk among the others who have always been great. The onsite bar/restaurant/cafe/Starbucks are all very reasonable choices on top of many other options within a short walk. The gym and pool are quite spacious and they are rarely crowded. What makes stays special here is getting a room with club lounge access--the staff there goes above and beyond from the interactions I've seen with them and guests of all ages. Theodore and the club lounge team do a wonderful job--Tomoko, Jenny, Twinquel, and the others who I have yet to remember their names welcome both new and old faces warmly. There's a drink menu at the lounge, especially if your thing isn't to go to the bar in the other tower and you can soak in the views of the city and the water from there, too. I look forward to my next stays there.
