Wonderful stay with first class attention from the staff.

Wonderful stay with first class attention from the staff. We were a day late arriving due to flight delays, their in house reservation team looked after us every step of the way with fast and attentive responses. A very special thanks to Sarah David who was the primary contact person, and she really went above and beyond, she is a asset to their team! I would also like to thank Alice Chau and Noel Pereira who looked after us when Sarah was not on duty. A truly excellent team. The hotel is in a great location, central and only about 25 minutes walk from Stanley park. The club lounge has nice areas on two floors as well as an outside terrace to relax in and and excelente snacks in the evening. We will be back!!
Glad we had 2 nights here.

Room as expected was great. Clean, bright spacious double queen bed room and simple , ample sitting space. Other amenities with clean and well kept. We got in very lat and they got us into our room very quickly which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast service in the Loft was well attended to by our server. Food and associated amenities were fresh. Our server was "great".
Great location. High floors have views.

4 1/2 stars. Great staff, clean rooms. Amazing views. Recommend high floor on the south side. Double beds, not queens. Central downtown location. A tiny bit worn but not bad. A little pricey for the size of room and amenities. Food was pricey. Would stay again.
Fabulous location

Great location only a 15 minute walk from the waterfront. It appears to be a hotel used for overnight ‘stopovers’ rather than lengthy stays - but nothing wrong with that. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there was a nice looking eating area. Staff helpful and room very comfortable.
Next to a hospital, loud ambulance every hour

I feel bad for the hotel staff because the service was excellent. The problem is the location of the hotel. It’s next to a hospital. I stayed on the weekend and there was loud siren every hour. It was impossible to sleep through the night. The staff was very friendly and professional. They moved me to the north tower which is a little farther from the hospital (still one block away). I was on very high floor too. The ambulance siren was still loud. There’s no escape from it.
