Outstanding lounge and staff

The lounge in this hotel is outstanding for its service. The service staff are terrific - they are so friendly, took care of us, gave us recommendations for restaurants and even called to make reservations for us. The manager at the lounge as well as Billy, to name a few, are really great - they went over and above!

Lovely hotel, nice and clean rooms and in a great location. The staff are very nice, especially Maria who was super sweet whenever I requested room service!

I want to give a review not only to the hotel, but to the people working at it. Every one that I have talked to has been very helpful. A special shout out to Maria with the room service; she was smiling and happy when she brought me what I needed. It's always nice to see happy faces when you are travelling.

Absolutely love the Lounge at the Sheraton. We love everything about the hotel. We are frequent visitors to this hotel & every time we stay here, Billy & Theo, in the Lounge, make us feel like family. They remember us every time and make every day special.

Always amazing. Club lounge staff always go above and beyond to make the experience outstanding, it’s a great place to decompress anytime of the day.
