Good hotel

Istvan K (toronto) on Jan 29, 2023

The sheraton wall overall is a good hotel! I recommend rooms in the north tower, as they are newer and nicer, but the south tower is ok too! North tower has a nice big lobby with restaurant, live piano and bar! South tower has a starbucks! Easy to walk from one tower to the other takes 1 minute! Wifi is good! Blackout curtains are fairly good, but could be better! I recommend to have the black out curtains extend all the way past the wall to block the light entering at the sides of the windows! Also the curtains should overlap 1-2 feet in the middle so as to eliminate the gap between the two curtains that allows light in the room! Many people sleep in late and the light is very bothersome! Many people sleep during the day (air crews , shift workers)! The hotel is 5min walk to gay area! 5 min walk to robson street with many restaurants and bars everywhere! Rooms had free bottle water and safe! Rooms in north tower have bath tub! Customer service is average! Not comparable to asian sheraton! They will do minimal customer service without making you feel special! While anywhere in asia they treat the customer like a king! Rooms were very clean and had hair drier! Rooms had fridge and coffee! Fast elevators! 7/11 is 5 min walk! Sky train is 10 min walk away. Bus stops in front of hotel and takes u to sky train in 5 minutes! Bus runs every 10 minutes! The english bay beach about 15-20 min walk away! Good heat and good shower and bath tub! Hotel was nice and quiet, no crazy noise! Need to tap key to go up in elevator for safety! Hotel lobby is at ground level! There are 3 elevators to the right of check in, but there is also one single elevator to the left which not many people use and its much faster to go up this way as u don't have to wait! Everyone tends to use the main elevators! I recommend to use the side elevator to the left of and behind the check in in the north tower! South tower elevators are also good and fast! Overall a good hotel

Sheraton wall Center gets my 5 star

tmmgil (Vernon, BC) on Jan 23, 2023

Sheraton wall always exceeds my expectations. Can’t say enough about the team here. From checkin. Valet, lounge, restaurants and room attendants. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. The location is central to everything downtown. Love love it here

Great hotel and location

2Calgarians (Calgary, Canada) on Jan 20, 2023

We stayed at the Sheraton Wall Centre for 4 nights and loved our junior suite. Very clean, great view and the hotel is really nice and well-located. The staff was very helpful and we also enjoyed the hotel pool and jacuzzi very much!

hotel won't return the deposit almost a month passed.

873salims on Jan 15, 2023

Do not stay there unless you want to waste your money! Hotel acknowledged the return of the deposit as there were no charges on the room. 3 weeks passed yet they are to return the deposit. Funny thing it posted to my card rather than staying in pending status. Hotel recommends I wait for one month for charge to be removed which is ridiculous. As for the hotel, only thing plus is location. Rooms are small, shower pressure is terrible due to flow limiters placed on showerheads. Staff were kind but they did not care when I let them know of the extra deposit charge removal.

Excellent Pool - Actually heated! Great showers!

iamjvn (Vancouver, Canada) on Jan 03, 2023

The hotel is large, so expect some walking. This is hardly a problem given how much fun we had in the heated pool, Starbucks on the first floor and good Christmas decorations. Restaurant is small-ish, but the service was great. They did everything they could to accommodate the kids meals. Many thanks! Self-parking was about $50 per night. Yes, you are close to the hospital. It didn't really keep us awake, perhaps because we were north-east facing?
