Vancouver Sheraton Wall Centre Stay

Charles S (London, United Kingdom) on Aug 19, 2026

We stayed in a family room at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre that had two separate bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with two doubles. The rooms themselves were well appointed and reasonably spacious, with the now-essential power sockets right by the beds (a small but very welcome detail). Location is a real strong point. It’s well placed in downtown Vancouver, and a bunch of tours left from right across the street, which made organising day trips very convenient. We ate one night in the hotel bar area and the food was good and enjoyable without any drama. There were choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner near by. On the downside, the family room only had a shared bathroom (no en-suites), which felt a bit limiting for a multi-bedroom setup. The hotel also had a slightly tired feel overall. There was also some noise at nights as a hospital with emergency ambulances were across the road and a couple of mornings some workmen started work in the room below. The room and hotel were clean and fresh

Friendly and helpful staff

Louis L (Denver, Colorado) on Aug 19, 2026

Vancouver was amazing and the service at this hotel was outstanding. Polly in the Bonvoy member lounge was very helpful with a late night request and Theodore helped us staple some self print bag tags.

Disappointing Stay: Great Location, but Dated Rooms, Poor Housekeeping, and Overpriced Breakfast

trinit75 (Seoul, South Korea) on Aug 17, 2026

I stayed in a Family Two-Bedroom room for 3 nights starting August 13th. The location was great and the front desk staff was friendly enough, but the room interior was slightly dated. Housekeeping was fine on the first and second days, but on the third day, they didn't even take the tip, skipped changing the bedsheets—leaving bedsheets with a few stains and stray hairs—and only made the beds loosely. On top of that, the bathroom floor was full of hair. It felt like they just didn't want to clean properly, so they skipped taking the tip and did a rushed job. Housekeeping management definitely needs improvement. Also, the breakfast buffet at the hotel's only restaurant felt very lacking for $49. A $25 breakfast buffet I had previously in Banff was much better. Overall—from the lobby and room interior to the quality of the dining—this hotel felt much closer to a 3-star property. To truly qualify as a 4-star hotel, it seems necessary to renovate the overall amenities and guest rooms. It was definitely not worth the price.
