Hotel was good but not exceptional. Concierge staff very good, professional and checking in staff ok and didn’t go on above and beyond. Did the job for a 24 hour stop in Vancouver. Uber very easy and good value but also walked a lot as well.

Lovely hotel in a central location. Breakfast at Cafe One was delicious and Shane is an excellent server giving us local recommendations and genuinely brightening our morning!

I’ve been at The Wall several times and this was BY FAR the best experience I have had at your Bar One lounge. Renato was super helpful and very friendly. All that you need when you are on the road away from home.
