Maria was so sweet! Very kind energy! Delivered my in room meal service, food was yummy! Atmosphere of my suite is very nice & cozy.

Always a pleasure to stay here. We like the Club lounge access and the high city views. The staff here are always so kind and very attentive to your needs. Special shout out to the morning crew in the Club lounge. BIlly/Polly and Bety. Such nice friendly employees.

I travel to Vancouver for work on a regular basis and it’s always a pleasure to be looked after by Billy in the lounge. He always remembers my name and is extremely attentive and hard working. He’s a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for this.

Club lounge at The Wall is the best

The Sheraton Wall location is so convenient. Billy and Twinkle from the club lounge always make us feel so welcome that is why we love coming back to this hotel.
