For a very expensive hotel, it's very average. Booked a room for 4 but they only provided 2 paper cups (China cups would be nicer and more sustainable), no fresh milk in the room, we had to get it from the bar ourselves or pay a $5 service charge. Only 1 bedside table so no lights or shelf for 2 people. Room was dated but clean, pool area was clean. Would look elsewhere next time

The room service team at Miria was incredibly kind. I had originally chosen the pickup option, but since it was already past the pickup deadline, they thoughtfully delivered my order to my room instead. I wasn’t feeling well, so I ordered room service, and thanks to their consideration, I was able to enjoy my meal and get some much-needed rest. Maria provided friendly, attentive, and efficient service. She was professional and made my stay even more comfortable. I would definitely like to visit again.

It was one of the best experiences I have had during my 4-day stay. The staff were amazing, particularly Raquel from the concierge team. She was professional, friendly, engaging and very helpful. Despite the busy morning and the FIFA World Cup season, she managed to assist with my travel itinerary abs nothing was too much for her. Best ever, thanks to Raquel!! ??????????

Amazing location - close to lots of sights and easy access to buses Great staff - very friendly and helpful Enormous room with nice toiletries and all expected facilities Lovely pool with jacuzzi area and toiletries in shower area
