Great location, attentive staff - but has quirks. Hotel is part of a 3 tower development. Guest rooms are in north and south towers - center tower is meeting and ball room space, and condos. Checkin in south tower, restaurant and bar in the north - need to walk thru towers to get there.

The machines in the gym were old and worn and some were actually rusty and broken. The artwork in the rooms and hallways was just ugly. In such a beautiful city there is no excuse for hanging trash on the walls. The food at the 34th floor buffet was COLD and awful. About the same quality as Motel 6 in the USA. We won’t be staying here again. The suite we stayed in was tiny considering the cost and the tiny bedroom, we could hardly walk between the bed and the wall.

Good location, 15/20 minute walk to the harbour area. Lovely hotel, we were on 23rd floor which gave us a great view of our surroundings. Room was big, two queen beds, very clean and quiet. Restaurant food was good, as was breakfast (in particular the French Toast). Breakfast was either buffet style or off the menu. It gets busy though so if you don't have breakfast included (vouchers) make sure to book a time slot or be prepared to wait for a table when busy.

We are in room 2407. The entire hotel is very clean and the staff friendly. Our room is a high floor with a beautiful view. It’s an odd layout and not large. It’s related to the room. The bathroom is small and no rack or hooks to hang dirty towels, very small closet and limited drawers. The hotel is large and caters to tour buses.

Hotel is massive with two towers. Large conference facilities. Starbucks near the lobby. Our room on the 23 floor was spacious and clean. Vida our cleaner was on hand each morning and worked around our schedule with running and breakfast. Hotel bar is handy but there are many bars and restaurants nearby. It will be busy in conference season.
