Beautiful Westin location

This hotel is super close to Stanley Park and an ideal location to stay due to the quietness, the beautiful landscape, water views, and overall excellent customer service and hospitality. The room was clean and view was beautiful. I love returning to this hotel whenever I get the chance.
Lousy room-Great staff and view

Absolutely wonderful staff, very great view, but ...our room itself was not in the least Westin level. Leaky shower, stuck sliding door, broken toilet handle, etc. and the worst of it...chinsaw-like mechanical sounds off inside the walls mixed with a blinking WiFi box light that we were told "Just couldn't be fixed." We had a lousy sleep every night because of the lights and sounds. I have stayed at many Westin Hotels around the globe...this was the worst room by a long shot.
