I went with my husband to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary. We loved it! the hotel was very clean, every employee was so nice and polite. Flavia, one of the check in receptionist was very helpful when we had to extent our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful and very safe area. We will definitely go back again,

Not up to Westin standards. Needs an upgrade. Restaurant closed Monday and Tuesday? What’s with that? 20 minute wait to get a table for breakfast??? Hotel doesn’t reflect room rate charged. Staff a bit cavalier! Management needs to pay attendances!

I do not often rant on this app, so enjoy ! The Westin Bayshore was once the top of its class in Vancouver. It has great staff, very good food and amazing waterfront views. The two restaurants next door to the Westin also have all three of those, so they become less important. However the Westin Bayshore is lacking in some pretty basic business items ; NO members lounge, so getting a coffee at 5am is not easy. Four star hotels have lounges. NO bottled water in rooms, motels do that now. BIGGEST FAILURE: 1980 single cup coffee machines in rooms.(please see my photos). They need to get back in the race. I loved the little book nook (also in photos) outside that looks like a sauna. I was terribly disappointed with my stay. This Westin is not at the level of Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto Westin hotels.

This is my go to hotel in Vancouver. Travelled with 3 friends and thanks to the wonderful front desk team online we ended up in a glorious corner room in the tower. Despite the hotel been extremely busy with a huge conference we had excellent service everywhere we went, especially in the Tasting Lounge. Improvements to the gym and outdoor pool area are great, although I miss the orca mural in the indoor pool area ! Looking forward to being back at the end of June

We stayed here May 5-9. Thomas checked us in and was so pleasant and informed us well of all the amenities. We had a harbor view room on the 8th floor. It was an excellent room. Housekeeping was wonderful. We had a breakfast package and Gail was the best server. We took advantage of the free bike rental and ride around Stanley Park. Tour buses met us at the front door. Cabs are always waiting outside and it’s so easy to walk the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!
