I’ve been travelling for work for decades, but was not prepared for the shock that found me in the Richmond BC Emergency room via ambulance thanks to a sudden illness during a connecting flight through Vancouver airport…after thankfully being discharged on a dark and stormy night I booked the hotel through my corporate travel site and arrived bedraggled via Uber, after discovering it was too far to walk. From the moment I arrived at the front desk the staff made it their mission to help me recover and get back on track….toiletries? Check! water? Check! Discount coupon for restaurant? Check! Offer to arrange receipt of wayward baggage no matter the hour? Check! Table with access to electrical outlet for dinner? Check! Friendly attentive service and a solid meal to restore my equilibrium? Check! Thanks to my breakfast server Evelyn, who found me the best table to re-charge my batteries the next morning and her friendly, caring attitude I was able to get home in surprisingly good shape, along with the most amazing mortadella Benedict leftovers to share with the family who came to pick me up! I’ve been a loyal Marriott member forever, but what I really love is that I know that made no difference whatsoever to how I was treated, and for that I remain grateful!

Westin Wall Centre has been our go-to hotel in Richmond for better than 2 decades. We always have a top notch consistent quality experience. Jonas is always there to welcome us back with his good nature. We have a little chat wuth him and catch up most times we stay. I’m a very early riser and really appreciate the early morning coffee service in the lobby. It’s such a treat to have hot fresh coffee that early. The mattresses and bedding are outstanding. I always have such a good sleep. Better than home. A couple years ago my wife tripped and fell in the sidewalk over on No 3 Road. She banged up her knee and elbow really bad. We made our way back to the hotel and Peter at the front desk desk jumped into action and was quick to provide towels and a taxi to the Hospital. Very quick witted and kind of him. We love ok forward to each and every stay. Thank you once staff and management for providing a consistent high quality experience year after year.

Rooms cleaned well, front desk staff very nice. Location and accommodations were better than expected. Would stay here again

Exceptional staff and service, found the staff in the restaurant especially professional. Hotel was very clean and in top condition which is hard to find these days.
