Probably not suitable for long stay

Nice hotel, geared towards short stays. Evelyn at Breakfast was superb!! Cheerful, efficient and customer focused. Very short staffed at breakfast time, so long wait for the food and beverages to be served. The manager at breakfast time was next to useless and offered no assistance to staff even though she could clearly see how busy it was in the mornings. Good breakfast choices.

Evelyn at The Apron is THE Best

Evelyn at the Apron is one the kindest, most helpful, people we've had the pleasure of meeting. She is an ambassador for Vancouver! The food was above average for a hotel restaurant. The staff are all very polite and professional. We arrived early and they made us comfortable until our rooms were ready.

So friendly atmosphere.Easy access to the sky train. Special thanks to Kerim at the restaurant, Min and Jones at the reception. Easy access to the sky train. Complimentary shuttle to the airport. Good value. Overall, it was a great experience.

Unbelievable memorable and

I loved the staff at the Westin Wall Center Airport. I asked for a firm mattress and they added a product to firm up the mattress. I got the best sleep at a hotel! We ate breakfast at their diner. I do t care for sweetened tea so Evelyn made me my own ice tea without sugar. She went above and beyond to make our trip amazing. She fave us pointers of where to go. Benjamin at the front desk also went above and beyond. He told us about the new sky train and how to get to the suspension bridge and the team without spending a fortune. He offered to lend us umbrellas because it looked like rain. There was also a confusion where the taxi took us to the wrong hotel. The taxi sped away but the folks at the Westin downtown face us a taxi voucher to get to our correct hotel, they made sure the taxi had the correct address and when we arrived we were given two complimentary drink coupons for the mixup. It was not the hotel’s responsibility yet they went out of their way to help my friend and me. I loved Canada but it was these small gestures that me fall in love with the Canadian people. Thank you to them all for making our trip so memorable and fun.

Great staff and amazing location!

Evelyn was amazing in the restaurant! Best server! Offered excellent suggestions about what to do in town. Really appreciated her. Benjamin at the front desk was also amazing! Went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience in Vancouver. He helped us navigate and find the best ways to have fun. Because that hotel is close to the skytrain it makes it very convenient to get downtown. So if you want a hotel that’s close to the airport yet easy to get to downtown. This is the place! And when you have great people working at a hotel, it just makes things even better!
