I’d just like to advise you of the outstanding service my wife and I received from your hotel a few days ago. I had inadvertently erred in the arrival date when I booked our room some months ago. In addition, as a result of travel delays, we arrived at the hotel at 5 am, dog tired. Your front desk staff found us a room and made sure we were able to check out late, to allow us sufficient sleep to carry on the following afternoon. In particular, your front desk employee, Stephanie, looked after sorting out the issues and arranging a solution to our predicament. On behalf of both my wife and I, please pass on our appreciation to Stephanie---she is a great asset to your business and I hope you value her commitment and service mindset as much as do we.

Airport pick up and drop off worked like a charm. Hotel room was quiet, and all the staff, especially in the restaurant, were super warm and friendly. (One of the most important things for me as a traveler.) A special shout out goes to the shuttle driver Aksh, who saved the day when one of us left behind our cell phone in the shuttle. He went head and shoulders above what most shuttle drivers would have done to get the cell phone back to us. Thank you, Aksh! Also, the gym , although popular, was worthwhile. Nice dressing rooms right off the gym entrance, complete with showers. I would stay there again in a flash!

We arrived after a long day. Staff were so very friendly. They gave us water and warm welcome. The room smelled so beautiful - a very light fragrance and clean smell. The room was spacious, lovely and had many thoughtful touches Bed and pillows comfie. Breakfast at The Apron was a delight. So well prepared - each of us loved the dish we ordered. (And we are big foodies !) Definitely would stay again.

Excellent lunch at the apron restaurant made even more positive by the service from Evelyn. The room was also extremely clean and comfortable and really enjoyed the super large screen TV. Overall, I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and accommodated a late check in for me with a four hour flight delay, which was really appreciated .

I was at the Westin Wall this past week. EVERY employee was positive, polite, warm, friendly, asking how they might help and what they could do to provide better service. The front desk staff, the "bell hops", the restaurant team, and the conference staff. Jonas the bellman was so helpful and warm! The rooms were comfortable, and the conference food was fabulous!! Thanks!
