Great hotel and service

The rooms are spotless and quiet. the front counter staff is accommodating. The airport shuttle doesn’t not operation after 9:40 pm so take a taxi and they will redeem you for the trip. This is a very nice hotel with great beds and pillows
Relaxing stay between flights

The hotel is a short five minute taxi ride from Vancouver airport. 1:00 am reception was friendly, helpful and speedy. My room, 1219, is spacious, the shower and amenities are high quality, and the sleep quality of the king sized bed is wonderfully restful. My breakfast of West Coast Eggs Benedict with wild smoked salmon and spinach was very tasty and came out as ordered and quickly.

Great hotel with pick up from the airport. Nice little bar with restaurant. Staff friendly and very helpful. Used overnight before boarding cruise shop. In summer months there is an open air night market opposite.

I love Westins and this one did not disappoint. The location is awesome if you’re doing just a quick layover. Literally moments from the airport. Check in and parking were smooth (convenient parking and simple to navigate). Room was lovely and clean.
Great choice for airport stays

I stayed in this property for the first time while attending an event in the airport area. The hotel is fairly new, part of a new development in the Richmond area. It is probably the second-closest hotel to the airport. It literally took 3 minutes from the terminal. The common areas are very modern with good spaces to sit. The in-site restaurant is a bit small but it never felt crowded. Check in and check out were a breeze. The rooms are excellent with a great bed and pillows. Bathroom is modern and it has both a shower and a bathtub. Good noise control. I could see planes landing almost across the street without hearing them! Two minor things to be aware of but not enough to take off points: the shuttle only runs until 9:30 PM. Vancouver has many late flights and this really is not a great cutoff time for this kind of service. The second is that the hotel still keep the covid-era policy of no cleaning rooms unless requested. It was convenient that it was offered to me at check in but this is the one thing many hotels have not ridden off from Covid times and it is plain annoying.
