A Nice hotel with excellent team

The hotel room is clean and well maintained and the bed is very comfortable! Services of hotel team are very attentive snd friendly. I was really impressed with Kamen of Guest experience team. She always has a warm smile on her face and will approach hotel guests if help needed when we are confused. On the day of check out, I have reserved the hotel shuttle. Ms Carmen loaded my luggage to the shuttle all by herself without any assistance and she is a lady only!
Exceptional Hotel

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The Bellman, Front Desk and Restaurant staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant food far exceeds expectations…delicious. As a Titanium BonVoy member I stay at a lot of different hotels and this one is a favourite for the exceptional service. I highly recommend a stay here.
My favorite hotel ever!

My stay at the Westin Wall Vancouver Airport was amazing! Angus, Alice and Ethan went beyond expectations to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I ate several meals in ‘The Apron’ and they were all exceptional. Kudos to the chef! I highly recommend this hotel! I’ll be back!!
Warm. Inviting. Kind. Helpful. Above and Beyond.

The room was cozy. Saw Rose in the hallway and she greeted us so warmly. She asked us if he needed anything and to let her know. When we asked for extra towels she had them ready right away brought to our room so we didnt have to carry them with our luggage. Honestly would come back because of that interaction alone.
Convenient for the Airport/Via Rail/cruise terminal

Very nice hotel. The room was large, the bathroom had both a tub and large walk-in shower, the room also had a good workdesk area, large windows, it was very quiet, and the shuttle from the airport to the hotel worked well. Checkin was quick. Prices were high but reasonable by Vancouver standards. Only downside was that the hotel had run out of my previously-reserved king-bed room, and gave me a room with two doubles; this was not a major issue, however. The biggest plus for me was the proximity to the Capstan Skytrain station. It is only one block away, and a zone 2 ticket will take you to either the Waterfront station (end station), or, with a transfer to the Expo line, to the Via rail station (Science Centre station, fourth stop on the Expo line after transferring). Overall it was very convenient for getting to the railway station. For cruise passengers it might also work very well, if you don't have too much luggage. Catching the Skytrain at Capstan station will take you to Waterfront station, where it is only one block to walk to the cruise terminal. Thus, because of its proximity to the Skytrain station, this hotel becomes an alternative to the downtown hotels, which charge exhorbitant prices when cruise ships are in town. If I were catching a cruise in Vancouver, or taking the Via rail train, I would definitely stay here again.
