Amazing trip to Cuba once again

I loved the view of the hotel, I had a lot of fun with the entertainment team, especially with Yesika, a very pretty girl, her Spanish classes are also very good, there is a spectacular beach, a very good place to relax and enjoy. Very good service from Yuri the guy from the Nativa bar.

I first stayed at this resort in January of 2023 and have continued to come back here since. I have travelled to this resort 6 times from then until now. Every stay exceeded my expectations. The service is immaculate, the entertainment team are all great and the bar and kitchen staff are tremendous. My room has always been perfect and kept well by room service. Anything I have needed they have gone above and beyond to help with while I stay here. I would highly recommend this resort if you are wanting to come to Cuba. I have stayed with other hotels on varadero prior to here and I wouldn’t go back again after staying with iberostar! This is the absolute best hotel there is! Yours truly pappi. The entertainment team Jessika, Lisandra and the manager yudi are the absolute best! The snack bar staff are my favourite people, they are always on top of what I need. Yusmara, Yudi, Daima,tony and Yurisan. Yurisan makes the best pina coladas!
