go somewhere else! as soon as you will get out of the bus to checkin, you will regret it!

went for the prestige suite, roaches waiting for us in the roam when we first enetered, had to ask to chane room, food not really good, the place is old, in a bad state, not well maintained, the person doing the concierge job is really not doing a good job. we had to waste time looking for her all the time. I do not recommend this place. its a 3 star at most.. i am done with Cuba.

This is the best resort we have been to yet in Varadero! What made it so great was purchasing the Prestige package providing access to the roof top bar and Miramar restaurant. Alhough everyone knows you dont go for the food, at the Miramar restaurant they truly make the best with what they have. Food was good and presentation superb! We enjoyed the sunsets over coctails at the rooftop bar but what truly made this trip so special were the staff! Special call out to Roxanna, Mayren, Dayana, Javier and Legma. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed in both the restaurant and bar and always had a bright smile even at the end of their very long days. Best service we have had anywhere! We definitely plan on going back again!
