Just got back from our vacation. Very disappointed in customer service and hotel. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel and went to check in the lady who worked at the reception forgot to give us a braclet. No one was there to help us with our luggage or guide us to our room. We could t find the room by ourselves , we had to come down to the reception and ask if there is anyone that could help us find our room, the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to go down using stairs from 4th floor with all our luggage. On our room door we put a sign don’t come in now and the maid entered easily our room while my husband was taking a shower!! Luckily I got up right away and told them to leave the room!! After that, they knocked multiple times, like don't you see a sign!? We felt like they are rushing you over something. No privacy at all. Food, you eat same-thing every day. No fresh made juice. Drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner it is a self service where even you have to bring your own drink, no waitress. No towels for the beach, we had to go around and look for a maid to give us one!! Phone was not working in our room! Sheets were smelling really bed! Some of the workers were not friendly. One of the girl who served dinner, asked If I can give her my bag, when I told her sorry but no its very expensive she gave me a bad look. I didn't feel like I'm in Cuba!! Would never return to this hotel ever again!

our first night could not get into our room because of the chance of a hurricane. So they put us in a junior suite on the4 floor. shower did not work no phone that work. So I went to see the sun wing rep on Wednesday morning told her our concerns . Had to walk the hallways to find a maid to get toilet tissue as our room was not cleaned on Wednesday She said sorry it that it yes. The front desk staff said we would have our swim out on Thursday ., ok Thursday came went to the front desk to see if we could get into our room nope maybe by 5pm as it is not clean . Went to our room around 5 no one available to help carry luggage down from the 4 floor as the elevators still were not working no hot water for 3 days. Dresser in swim out falling apart fridge not stocked . the specialty restaurant on the 11 floor closed opened on Friday. Food was terrible same thing every day same thing for lunch and dinner . you better like rum and beer as this is all the liquor they had . on Friday we had to go look for the maid as he forgot to clean our room again. the best thing about this place is the beach. Would not recommend .
