Javier Pina was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and maintained all week. There was plenty of variety for drinks. The service here was great.

I was told don't go to Cuba, the food is awful...I don't know where everyone else is going. But I don't think they are doing Cuba right! We are already planning our next trip in the next few months. The staff made the resort. We had a swim out room and in May and it wasn't needed, but fantastic. Honestly, prestige isn't a must either. But we will get it again for sure on our next trip. The beach was beautiful, it was eroded a bit from the hurricane, but still was a 10/10. The food was so good. I gained a few pounds. The bread and the butter, so good. I had a squid salad that has had me thinking of it since. My husband is picky when it comes to food(beef and mashed potatoes). He always found something he enjoyed. The drinks, don't get me started... The pinna colada on the 11th floor were delicious and the Miami vice at the beach bar, sooo good! Javier on the 11th floor, Dianna on the 11th floor thank you so much! All the bar staff on the 11th floor!! The one girl I can't remember her name(her sister was having a baby)the Sweetest. To the one that made the resort Javier who was part of the entertainment team, give that guy a raise! We will be back to have shots again with you. As for resort entertainment, it was okay. Not the best, but still entertaining! I could see they were trying to make improvements. We saw them hand rolling toilet paper on the tubes, for us tourists to wipe our butts. Cleanliness, the resort was definitely clean. I mean grout can look grimy. But I seen how long they spent cleaning my room and they put more time into it then any hotel I have seen to date. Common areas were also clean. We didn't go without. Tips that I could pass on is bring a beach towel from home and a reusable plastic cup. If you don't like oil and vinegar as a salad dressing, then bring some. These were tips that I had read beforehand and they came in handy for us. Go with a open mind and enjoy the staff. Bring enough cash! We had to help a guy next door at another resort. Thankfully, we were able to help him, but he would have had the longest week of we didn't meet him. Know the county you are in. Maybe join a Cuba group first to know what the country is like. We brought American $1 bills, and Canadian bills from $5 and up, all in good shape. Bella Vista is my new home away from home that I never expected.

We've arrived on Sunday June 8th. Amazing resorts, beautiful, spacious and the beaches are amazing! After a few days we ended up meeting Javier! His definitely your turn up man ! Don't look for the parties he'll bring the party to you. Genuine and funny if ever you come to that resort make sure to ask for him!

Everything was perfect at the hotel... beautiful views, as was the beach. The entertainment was great, and the girls at the mini-club were lovely. Adys, Liss, and Maya were very nice and friendly.????

Mariam, Ernesto and Javier were great. Very welcoming the whole time and knew how to make it a great trip. Recommend 100%
