All in all this place was very nice. The staff is remarkable. The grounds people are absolutely amazing. Everything this past week from December 11 to the 18th was wonderful. The only downside in Cuba is the food. The starfish Varadero doesn’t have a lot to do at night, but the beautiful beaches make up for it. We stayed in the bungalows we loved it. If you’re heading here, the only downfall is bring mosquito repellent.

We highlight above all the human quality of the staff. Customer service is the strong point of this hotel. Efficient at reception, attentive in the restaurant and always willing to help with whatever was necessary. They resolved any small questions quickly and with good disposition (especially Ana Maria!) Thank you for making our vacation so special!. You can tell that they work as a team and they like what they do. A very positive experience that we will repeat.
