An incredible experience, the service is wonderful, especially the animation team, undoubtedly one of the best in Varadero, they always have some activity for the entertainment of the guests, from adults to children. The beach is splendid and the service is exceptional. Without a doubt I recommend it 100%.

Everything was excellent. Beach 5?, room facilities 5? restaurants 5?, garden 5? View 5? Snack bars 1?, this is the weakness of hotel and it could be because of cuba situation, Almost no drink and or zero snacks. I recommend to bring couple of bottle pepsi with you to cuba because you will drink only water and sugar with zero gas. Pool 4? more cleaning require but still good grant buffet 4? ( they have everything) The hotel is very clean and beautiful, if they do something about snack bars and also wash dishes little bit better. And This hotel can be 5? stars hotels
