Great Hilton product in a great location

Came up for two days with another couple for a quick weekend. Easy walk from the ferry, almost everything was walkable, The front desk folks were great and super customer focused (tried to get names but they were all great!).They got us in a bit early, the upgraded room was excellent, the location is perfect, the local beers at Bartholomews were fantastic (note to Diamond folks; the bar is not part of the hotel. so your vouchers won't work); all in all an excellent stay!

Very professional, clean and helpful! Tried somewhere else this past month and deeply regretted it, we'll be back here in December!
