All around great hotel, rooms, food and team. Location is unbeatable, everyhting walk in distance. Staff was amazing, very helpful, accomodating, personable. Stayed previously on business, this time with family and dog. Dogs included, no extra charge. Expensive stay overall, but worth it everytime with Fairmont. Beds comfortable, pool and hot tubs - busy, but used 3 times with kids and liked it. We had a " kids rule the castle" package, breakfast was included for the whole family, was worth it for us. 50% off of the adult menu for kids at the other times of the day was a binus as well, milk and cookied at the turn down for kids, toys and candies, scanvenger hunt, cozy tent in the room upon the arival for kids for a nice surprize, Will stay again.
Perfect Anniversary Experience

Wow! To celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, I booked the Fairmont Gold Experince and it did not disappoint! From the private check in to the view from the veranda, it was perfect. Upon our arrival, we were given the option to upgrade from a city view room to a harbour view room; totally worth it. We were then shown to the Gold Lounge where you can enjoy snacks, complimentary water, coffee, tea etc. The canapés and desserts in the evening were delicious. The continental breakfast had everything imaginable to start your day. I requested a bottle of Prosecco to be in our room upon arrival and it was, along with a delightful charcuterie, personalized anniversary card and some sweets. The bed was so comfy, robes were cozy and the view in the evening spectacular. It was a memorable experience; wish we could’ve stayed longer. We look forward to returning real soon.
