Beautiful hotel, awesome location. The hotel amenities and facilities are excellent and with high standards. Focusing on a lot of soft touches in the room, Hardware were well equipped and well maintained, kudos to the HSKP and Engineering team! All staffs members were great! Special shoutout to Alex who gone for extra miles and practice his empowerment and ensure our short stay were satisfactory… sincere apologies for being room move three times???? HSKP team were superb ! They are like Ninja ??, didn’t expect our room were made up during our breakfast and they provide turn down service too. Executive lounge breakfast was great! Not so much of variety but is good enough coz you get quality of food and not quantity of food. Hotel provides bikes with helmet and rental free, we were out cycling for almost half a day, ensure you cycle within the bike lane, otherwise, the locals will shout at you. For those who have allergies with pet’s fur, please inform the hotel in advance, they will arrange you on a different floor. All and all, this is a historical building with a lot of story telling, perhaps a hotel Ambassador could share some stories to the guests. It was indeed a great experience and great memory for us, I am a hotelier myself and I travelled a lot and have done pre-opening and rebranding too, your hotel designs and concept has given me a lot of inspiration and this will help me with my future projects.??
Beware of what lies within the castle! The outside is spectacular not so much inside the walls !

This is not what you would find in a Fairmont in the US . Very sub par. The media platform alone is enough to comment on . LG cheap TVs that don’t allow streaming , on demand choices suitable for an 8 yr old and not much else , 2 tv remotes that didn’t work , and frozen channels and guide ! I gave up and went to sleep ! The entry key to the room is paper ! Now I’m all for the environment but come on ! All and all very 1990 ‘s amenities at best . I expected more from a Fairmont and they should consider not advertising this as one of their properties . The outside is magnificent, the inside is lost in time !
