THE ULTIMATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

My husband and I recently traveled to Victoria celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary. With much planning we took the beautiful BlackBall Ferry ride from Pt Angeles, WA and landed directly across from the hotel(perfect location). We had selected a room/boat package offered by the ferry line requesting a Harbor View Room and followed up with the ferry company to reconfirm this option. Arriving at the hotel we found our room wasn't as selected but a rear view. As serious travelers, "a room with a view" is everything to us and seeing we were visibly upset the front desk team of Nikita and Danielle asked for a few minutes. With charm and diplomacy they found us a beautiful, upgraded corner suite with two priceless views of the harbor(rm752). It set the tone and standard for three perfect days in a jewel of a city that we'd return to in a heartbeat....we'd also stay at Hotel Grand Pacific and recommend without reservation!

2 nights here in beautiful Victoria. Hotel is perfectly placed on the harbour, a few minutes walk to downtown, felt very safe in Victoria and this hotel. The in room coffee was delicious. Breakfast specially prepared for our group was lovely, staff at the front desk were polite and efficient. Thanks for a memorable stay in your beautiful City.
