Shame about the dirty swiming pool

Staff amazing clean rooms .Food ok nothing special . We have stayed hear before but this time we were disappointed . The swimming pool used by all was so dirty there was a layer of oil on the top a large green dirty line around the sides. The steps were a death trap saw a few people slip on them . Such a shame as adult only pool was so clean Think this is the last time we will come back

I have stayed here many times and have just booked a package for December. Harriet in reservations has been nothing short of brilliant answering all my questions and arranging this for me.
