Amazing stay at Conrad RW

Anthony was an incredible host and clerk for me. He helped me out so much while sick and dealing with flight cancellations. He treats customers with respect and genuinely cares about your well-being. Would 10/10 stay again. Love RW
Not well maintained, not great service, scammy
mellanie_13 (Los Angeles, California) on Jan 03, 2026
This place is somewhat new but somehow feels old and dingy. Came here for new years and can tell you the whole thing is a scam. When we checked in we were asked if we want to upgrade our room. We declined and the guy tricked us saying we wouldn’t end up paying because he’d waive a “check in fee” (what’s that ??) so it would be a wash but that wasn’t how it worked out. The spa has so much potential because it has a large coed area with pools and a salt room but again scammy. They charge us $100 service fee on top of our services (this doesn’t go to the masseuse) AND higher prices than what their menu describes. We booked a 60 min massage but the first 15 min we were sat down in a sales pitch area and given a pitch of like 20 different things we can add on. I’ve never had that happen before. Housekeeping does not come. They come every 3 days. No I don’t mean they change sheets every 3 days I mean they go to the room every 3 days. We specifically requested housekeeping one day to change our sheets and had to call like 5 times (see my info on the ai thing). Eventually I just went to front desk to ask. When they finally came at night they didn’t change our sheets just made the bed (or maybe they did but the new ones were just dirty ??) but didn’t clean anything else. Some coffee had spilled on the table they didn’t clean it. Didn’t refresh used toiletries that we ran out of. Lobby and lobby bathrooms are dirty too. I even saw a casino chair that was ripped and was just taped up. So bizarre. AI/phone/concierge/checking out / etc - SO ANNOYING. You call and you get this ai thing they have. The problem is it doesn’t work. For example I was trying for 30 min to check out it kept looping me back to the menu. Impossible to get a human front desk person on the line. Same with the chat option it didn’t understand a basic request. Food options - actually were plentiful and diverse , but service was poor at all places. And prices were not reasonable. Can’t get water for under $8 per bottle for example. Sorry but you don’t go to Vegas for this. There are muuuuuuch better options. Stay away.
