Hotel Advisory: The Venetian Resort will no longer accept cash at The Concierge and Front Desk.
The FORMULA 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix is held annually during the third weekend of November.
Road closures, including Las Vegas Boulevard, Sands Avenue, Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane will be closed to vehicular traffic.
Access by vehicle will be restricted during these times and increased travel times and delays may occur especially between the hours of 5pm – 2am.
Las Vegas Boulevard pedestrian walkways and bridges will be available around the clock.
During race times it is recommended to use these walkways and pedestrian bridges to travel within the resort corridor.
RIDESHARE / TAXI SERVICES If you arrive prior to Road Closure times (5 p.m.), rideshare and taxi services will be able to access the property as usual, but you should still allow more time to complete your trip. If you are arriving between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m. on race days and using a rideshare or taxi service, you will be dropped off at the designated Hotel Shuttle Drop Off Area then transferred to your lodging property. If departing during race times via rideshare or taxi services, shuttles will be available on a limited basis to take you to the satellite rideshare and taxi service departure location.

South Tower at Venetian Resort

I stayed at the Venetian for the first time, in the South Tower suites. The hotel itself was incredibly crowded and busy, but entering the hall to access the South Tower was an immediate calm. The room was amazing and spacious. Luxury robes were provided along with slippers. Everything one could need during a stay such as this would be accessible here. I did not have a chance to enjoy the hot tubs, but the in-room whirlpool bath was fantastic.

Stayed at the hotel in the main South tower. Beautiful rooms and a great view, in my opinion! They had an F1 car in the lobby on display so that was pretty neat. I am not a fan of the casino as it smelled of cigarettes, which they all do, but overall, the stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, and amazing bathroom! The only thing negative was that the hotel staff were not that friendly. And they need to fix their moving sidewalks! It's a tough walk uphill when they aren't working, and none of them were working the week we were there.
