We love Hotel Bahia!! This is our 2nd time and it has exceeded expectations both stays. The staff is warm and kind and so helpful. Alex and Claudia at the front desk and entrance ensured our comfort from the moment we arrived until our departure 5 days later. We will be back!

Overall very nice place to stay. It was our first time in Cabo and our priority was feeling safe and comfortable. Location is wonderful. Close to the beach but please be aware that this is NOT on the beach. The beach is a short block and a half or so away. To book lounge chairs, you must make a reservation ahead of time. This would have been a surprise to us if we had not looked up reviews. The food at SUR is quite good but we did not like the food at Bar Esquina so much. The standard rooms are very basic. White walls, very minimal and simple decor. That was all fine with us because thank goodness the beds are super comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the team to be more responsive when asking if we need help booking activities because nobody got back to us by email or text when we wanted to book things. We ended up just booking our own activities and it was fine.

The resort is located super close to the Medano beach and lot of great restaurants. The rooms are really nice and the staff is very friendly/helpful. The resort is really well maintained and clean. We had the pool to ourselves most of the days. You can reserve a spot at the Sur Beach resort and spend time at the beach - just be aware it is Medano beach, so you'll have a constant stream of hawkers trying to sell you stuff. We loved our daily breakfast at Esquina bar and grill. They also have a coffee shop. Protip - Just down the street there is a bakery (Pain Du Papi) which sells sandwiches, coffee, baked goods - amazing food and very well priced. La Lupita in the next block is sooo good. Overall great location, great attention to detail and hospitality. A nice quiet spot right in the middle of all the action.

The hotel was all that we had hoped it would be from the great renovations to the food. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly with special thanks to Ivan, Mara and Raul.
