Rooms were nice and clean and the transport to the private beach was good. The prices there are very high through and the hotel will push taxi transport constantly but it’s very easy to get an uber and these hotel taxis (which are not fancy) are twice as expensive and I booked at 10.30 but it was 20 mins late. So more expensive and worse service. The breakfast in the hotel wasn’t great either - very greasy and served with cold potatoes (which seemed to be a signature inclusion). So those are the things to be aware of but the location was good and the beds great so on balance a good experience

The Bahia experience was absolutely amazing, in fact, so amazing that I would consider staying at Bahia longterm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! I had the absolute pleasure of being taken care of by front desk staff Ivan and Mara. Mara ensured the arrival of my partner and I was absolutely perfect having set up the room for me with a my partners favourite Prosecco and anniversary decorations. Ivan ensured we had everything we needed and then some every day of our stay. Poolside staff, Valentine always ensured we had everything we needed to be comfortable by the pool whether it was refreshing drinks or food! With the amazing staff mentioned, great restaurant and amenities you can’t go wrong with Bahia. I 100% recommend Bahia and hope you have the pleasure of being taken care of by Ivan, Mara and Valentine!

Ivan was terrific as our guest check in concierge. Took care of our every need. Five stars! Restaurant was territic for both dinner and breakfast. Nice mix of cocktails!

Our stay at Bahia Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The room was absolutely impeccable—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout our visit. The staff went above and beyond every single day, making us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. A highlight of our trip was spending time at Sur Beach Club. The food and service were truly incredible, from fresh, flavorful dishes to attentive staff who made every meal feel special. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the entire experience. A very special thank-you to Cristian, who consistently took care of us and went out of his way to help with anything we needed—answering questions, arranging reservations, and ensuring every detail was perfect. His kindness and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. We can’t recommend Bahia Hotel highly enough and can’t wait to return!

Great stay, clean room, service was very good. Especially Sandra at the beach club Baja Sur. She was excellent. She definitely is a five out of five.
