It’s the little things… —I received a note bedside one evening reading: “I noticed you wear glasses so left you a lens cloth.” —I was sitting on a couch working on my computer. A barista walked over and handed me a lap desk. —It was karaoke night in the bar and I must have looked cold. A waitress came over and placed a shawl over my shoulders. It was so incredibly sweet; I couldn’t tell her I was allergic to wool. These types of treasured memories make me eager to return to LeBlanc Los Cabos. ___________________ Butlers: Scarlet and Elvis were the BOMB! Every time my husband and I reached the elevator on floor 11, Scarlet or Elvis greeted us at the doors to inquire how we were doing and see if we needed anything. They messaged us each morning and afternoon to tell us what was going on at the resort and remind us of the services they eagerly provided. When I told them I like chocolate, chocolate started pouring into our room every night. When I asked Elvis to draw me a bath, it came with rose petals, bath salts, and tons of bubbles. Special handcrafted soaps, check. A different type of alcohol in our closet, check. Essential oil mist on our pillows, check. Aromatherapy every night, check. I felt if there was anything I ever wanted to needed, they would make it happen while making me feel like they were doing me a favor. ___________________ Ocean Restaurant: I was greeted each morning by Alfredo who anticipated my every need. He went out of his way to ensure all my special requests (e.g, only serve half of the sandwich). Speaking of which… don’t miss the restaurant’s signature breakfast dish—the steak sandwich—but bring several friends to share it with you. It is such a strange combination of ingredients that merge into a magic. ___________________ Bella: Just WOW! The service is incredible and the food is equally fantastic. Absolutely order the four-cheese gnocchi. It was so good that we ordered extra the first time we visited and my husband and I both had full orders the second time. Also, get to know your sommelier. Carlos knows his stuff and is passionate about what he does. Ask him for advice and ask him questions about your selections—he has so much to teach! ___________________ Bar Service: We received exceptional treatment at the bars starting when I wanted a grasshopper drink and they told me they didn't carry créme de menthe. The hotel's bar manager (Omar) sat down with my husband and me over drinks the second night and learned my favorite drinks, even having me send a list of favorites to my butler. He then taught his bar staff to concoct the drinks with what they had on hand. For example, my grasshopper was made with a REAL mint infusion. Talk about an improvement! When I arrived in a restaurant later in the day, the waiter surprised me right when I sat down with a different version of a grasshopper. This level of service was beyond belief! Jasmine at the Fire Bar was also a real treat. When my husband would walk in each night, she would greet him and ask if he wanted an old-fashioned. It felt great to be remembered. ___________________ Habibi: The flavors of the food were intense and delicious and everything was served flawlessly and with a smile. The belly dancers added to the ambience, creating an absolute delight for the senses. On our second occasion visiting the restaurant, we asked for a special off-menu item—garlic pita. The chef, Hector, made it for us. He is a master in the kitchen and a genius when it comes to running a restaurant. We were so fortunate to be able to meet him and could not believe his skills given his young age. You could see how much his staff cares for and respects him. And, our wait staff (Karina and Raul) totally rocked! ___________________ Yama: Not only is the food delicious, the service is top notch. We couldn't ask for better servers than Pedro and Carlos on our first night in this welcoming atmosphere. ___________________ Blanc (Restaurant): My husband and I were not fans of this restaurant for dinner so only went once. It was NOT because of the staff—they were incredibly attentive and kind. It was the food. For example, the Caesar salad we ordered had far too much dressing and the croutons tasted like they came from the grocery store. Now… breakfast was an entirely different story. The buffet offers an unbelievably wide range of options including manned omelette, meat, and smoothie stations. There was absolutely nothing missing; I couldn’t imagine what I would have wanted that was not already there. Yes, chef, I was the one who took the fried chicken off the waffles Ask for Dulce—such a fun, kind server! ___________________ Activities Staff: Alfredo is so much fun. He’ll have you laughing during aqua aerobics and smiling and believing you actually have talent when attending his wine and paint sessions. He is truly committed to ensuring you love every minute of your vacation. As a special treat, he surprised my husband by having the saxophonist personally serenade him with a repeat of the meme of “Careless Whisper." ___________________ The Spa: I went for hydrotherapy almost every day during my 10-day trip and loved it (especially when Jennifer was there as my guide). The relaxation experience from dry sauna to cold room to wet sauna to rain shower to head massage in a warm lounge chair to the pools is pampering at its best! Having Jennifer guide me made it especially pleasant. Little touches made such a big difference. For instance, our eyes were covered with cucumber slices and a cool towel in the dry room, we were given aloe to rub on ourselves after icing ourselves in the cold room, there was hair conditioner before the wet sauna, there were always treats available, we received mini lavender frozen treats following the heated lounge chair experience, and after every section of the treatment, we were given a different type of infused water. My favorite part was the head massage on the warmed-from-below lounge chairs All the employees were great, but in addition to Jennifer, I fell in love with Raul. He is such a kind, sweet, welcoming young man. Seeing him just makes you happy.

It’s our second time here. This time I brought my family (10). They are in awe of this resort that my sister decided to be a member as well. This review is about the fabulous multi skilled Alfredo Pool ( he also did the Aqua Aerobics and Ping Pong) . I had so much fun making God’s Eye Craft, he was so funny and his joyful ??.
