Clean? Not really. Dirty finger prints everywhere. Well worn rooms with musty smells. Needs a serious cleaning and update. Fix the cracks, paint chips and worn out clothes that the staff wears. Also buy some new towels and get rid of the raggedy ones. Filthy, no, but not really pleasant with this kind of d worn out decor, paint chipped furniture from the 1950’s style. Won’t be back.
Another Lovely Stay at the Paradisus

We travelled to Paradisus at the end of February 2026. We had a lovely stay. The food was excellent and the Reserve amenities were well worth it. The staff really make the stay pleasant. I would like to recognize at Sante: Isela, Jonathan, Pedro, Ada and Areli along with all their colleagues, at Tokimeku Christian, at Sal: Ignatio, at Capella: Augusto, at Cielo: Hugo and colleague, at beachside: Jacqueline. We stayed first at Paradisus in 2021 before the resort became adults only. We stayed again in November 2025 and thought it had improved. Our recent stay in February confirmed that! I have booked another stay in August 2026 and would certainly return.
