The staff at Grand Decameron Montego Beach were great! A few staff members really stuck out to me on our vacation. Jessica B - Waitress at Montego Beach. She was so attentive, friendly and professional. She took pride in her work and it was great to be served by her Biggs - Best Bartender at Montego Beach. He was a hardworker and always made sure his guests were taken care of. Energy - MC and Host. He was an entertaining professional! He always found a way to make everyone feel included and engaged. Dj Skinny - Amazing DJ. He kept the music going all night! Antoinette S - Best Bartender at the Cafe at Grand Decameron Cornwall. Her coffee mixes were amazing and I don’t even drink coffee. TC “Tough Crackers” - Host at Montego Beach She was an amazing host! Funny and engaging too! She and “Energy” work so well together! Thanks Decameron and thanks to my travel agent Nicole at Islablu Travel for recommending this resort.

WORST experience traveling!!!

WARNING this “resort” is awful! Room was filthy and rundown, broken shower, no hot water all week, towels are threadbare and you have to beg for them daily, beach is filthy and covered in trash, staff is unresponsive and often just rude (eye rolls if you ask for anything, especially in the restaurant. Food is not fresh, little variety and quite bad. We left after 3 days and just paid for another resort for the rest of the trip. Be warned, they say the elevator is “broken” but it has not worked for over a year. Planes land nearby all day and night. Pushy vendors on the beach selling weed and you can watch guests bring them beers in exchange. I was shocked there were kids here, it’s just gross, so run down and no one on the staff seems to care, including management who we spoke to for 5 minutes after after waiting over 3 hours for our room.

Worst experience ever would never go there again

Very outdated no elevators not a great food selection, not very accommodating for vegetarians absolutely no hot water my entire stay. I asked six different people for towels. It took two days almost to get towels. They don’t provide washcloths. I asked for an ocean view. Housekeeping wasn’t the greatest because they didn’t come around that often. I did not have a telephone in my room I did not have a trashcan in my room. I had open wires hanging from the ceiling, electrical issues which included my bathroom light having to remain on in order for my TV to work. I could say a few other things, but the only thing that I really care for was the hospitality of the few people that I did come in contact with, and that they have a small private beach. I’ll provide a few pictures but you would need to see it yourself to understand how bad it was

Unforgettable Stay at the Grand Decameron – Amazing Vibes & People

Just got back from the Grand Decameron and I’m already missing it! From the beautiful beach to the fun-filled days and nights, this vacation was everything I hoped for and more. A huge thank you to the entertainment team and ALL the staff who truly made the trip unforgettable. Shoutout to MJ, RowJ, and Wolffie – your energy, smiles, and kindness made such a difference. Wolffie, thank you especially for the incredible pictures you took of us – memories we’ll cherish forever! And of course, MC Energy, you brought the good vibes every single day. Your energy was contagious and made every event feel special. If you’re looking for a place with great people, good music, fun activities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – this is it. Can’t wait to come back! ????

Soso resort. Employees were nice

If your flight gets delayed, good luck getting a refund. Horrible customer service. Rooms are dated but you're not in them that much. No beach to speak of but their sister resort has a nice one. Employees were all super nice . Buffet was ok. It is small resort which made it nice. I would probably go back if they were easier to deal with on the missed pre- paid night refund
