While this hotel is located across the street from Disneyland that is the only good thing about it. My family and I stayed for four nights in two rooms. During that entire time our rooms were never cleaned. Only the garbage emptied. Towels weren't replaced unless specifically requested and coffee not replenished either. The rooms are all located on open walkways so were extremely noisy. There was no breakfast included so the price was very high considering what very little you received. My advice is find somewhere else to stay!

PERFECT walking distance to the park! It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I say quiet but we really weren't there much. A few honks from cars being locked in the parking lot and the room above us being vacuumed on our "day off". The pool really is elevated (kinda rooftop), the hot tub is VERY small and it all closes at 10pm. McDonalds is RIGHT next door. ALL parking is Valet, the guys are great! Couldn't believe the amount of scooters they have for rent downstairs!

Disneyland is close enough for us. We enjoyed our stay there and look forward to our next adventure. We are planning our next trip.

Hotel has mandatory valet parking. I repeatedly asked if I can park my own vehicle and was told no by both hotel staff and valet staff. After two nights, I returned from Disneyland to see my vehicle was moved. I inquired as to why it was moved and I was told they accidentally pulled my vehicle out. I then asked to retrieve my vehicle and was told the keys are missing. I stood by the booth for over 30 minutes while several workers looked for my keys and was told they were lost. The hotel does not care one bit. The staff at the counter couldn’t care less and said to take my issue up with the valet company. The valet staff are scrambling to find my keys but so far have no produced any positive news. We live 4.5 hours away and checkout tomorrow. None of my family can enjoy the rest of the day since we do not know how we will get home tomorrow and/or if our vehicle will be stolen overnight. Again, the hotel staff does not care in the slightest bit despite them telling me I had to use the valet service.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel during our Disneyland trip. We wanted something close to the parks but that was clean and comfortable. This place did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived everyone was welcoming. We had a 2 queen bedroom and it was perfect for us. There is a lot of storage to place your stuff in. The layout was a good size for us and the sink was big enough that both my daughter and I were able to get ready at the same time. We were on the 4th floor which is great if you are wanting close pool access. The pool is not too big but during our stay it was never crowded. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well in our room. It is valet parking only which is stated on their website when booking. Overall we enjoyed our time here and will hopefully be back soon!
